Apartment holiday rentals in Province of Rimini

This is a lovely apartment on the main sea front. It is spacious and well equipped. Cristiana is an excellent host and was responsive and helpful when there was an issue getting out of the underground car park. Overall the location is amazing and is surrounded by a huge choice of restaurants and bars. Despite the fact that location is on the main strip, the apartment is quiet.

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

The apartment delivers what the advertisement promises. It is large, clean, flooded with light and, thanks to the two balconies, always has a shady balcony space to offer, depending on the time of day. Sun lovers will not be disappointed on the balconies either. The view is wonderful due to the location on the 4th floor. It is conveniently accessible by the in-house elevator. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Even oil, vinegar and spices are there. Also an espresso machine with plenty of capsules. Shower gel and shampoo are available in the bathroom for the unprepared vacationer. Even the detergent for the existing washing machine is ready. You can park the car in a private courtyard, which is closed with a barrier. The apartment has its own parking space. My conclusion: the apartment is definitely recommended. If I find myself back in Emilia-Romana, I will book this apartment again.

I stayed 4 nights for a weekend of courses. I found the apartment well maintained, perfect for a person who leaves in the morning and returns in the evening, in a quiet location and in the center. Paola was kind and helped me quickly solve a problem I had with the hot water. If you prefer to sleep in total darkness, like I do, I recommend an eye mask.

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

We had a wonderful five-night stay at Alvaro’s place. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, just a short walk from the beach. Alvaro was flexible with check-in and always quick to respond. I highly recommend him as a host!

We came back for the second year in a row because we had a great time and I must say that our expectations were not disappointed! The apartment is small, but offers everything, everything you need and is very clean. The gentlemen are kind, friendly and helpful. Their garden full of flowers is really nice and in the surroundings (150 square meters) there are a lot of services: bakery, takeaway pizzeria, a pharmacy, a small Conad, etc. super positive experience and we hope to return 😍

We had a fantastic stay in Riccione. It’s a beautiful town with friendly people, great shopping and fantastic Italian food (as always!) The apartment had everything we needed and felt like a home-from-home. It’s a great location for walking to the beach or into the town for evenings at the local bars and restaurants. Leda is a wonderful host, very helpful, sharing local knowledge and helping us secure a transfer back to the airport. We can’t wait to visit again!

Mira is a great host, super kind and friendly, who was very concerned about me and my friends. We had a really good time in her house as it is very well equipped and with practically all the comforts you could ask for. The house, although not huge, was very welcoming with its very nice bedrooms and its modern bathroom, not to mention the balcony that, although not very large, allowed us to spoil a few meals sitting with a sea view. In conclusion, Mira's house was really a great choice and if there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

I found hospitality and helpfulness towards us. Wonderful breakfast. Anyone who has to go to those towns should go to Ilaria's, we had a great time.

The apartment is in an enviable position, facing the beach, and also close to the services and main streets of Igea. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a vacation. Last but not least, Cristiana has always been available and responsive. Definitely recommended.

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

Amazing space and location. Omar's was spotless, the bed was so comfy, the kitchen although we didn't really use it was very well equipped. Some lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep to. 15 minute stroll into Misano and a fantastic little beach 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks Omar 😊

Peaceful but close to everything’

We had a wonderful week in this villa in Rimini! The house is very modern, stylishly furnished and above all extremely clean – in reality even more beautiful than in the photos. The location is ideal - only 5 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was also clean and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. There is a large garden as well as a private parking space, which was very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped, there was really nothing missing. In addition, we felt very safe and comfortable there the whole time. A big praise also to the host Michael: He was very friendly, helpful and immediately available for every request. Everything worked smoothly. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend this house!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
