Minimum stay: seven nights. Villa 'Il Poggetto', surrounded by centuries-old olive groves, is located on a hill with panoramic views of Finale Ligure Pia. It is located 1.8 km from the center and consists of eight apartments of varying sizes, each on the ground or first floor. The villa also offers enclosed parking for eight cars and a bicycle storage room. Some apartments have a balcony or terrace with panoramic views, others overlook the garden or a patio with sea views, and all are equipped with a teak table, chairs, and a beach umbrella. All apartments have ceiling fans. A 2,000-square-meter garden is laid out in typical Ligurian-style terraces and is filled with flowers and fruit trees, including lemons, oranges, mandarins, apricots, figs, kiwis, and plums. Using the aromatic herbs from the garden (such as rosemary, thyme, marjoram, sage, mint, lavender, and basil) and the simple recipes that can be provided, you can prepare your own dishes on the grill by the pool. This way, you can also enjoy your meals outside in the evenings, around the wrought-iron table. About 100 meters from the villa is the old village of "Borgo del Monte," and from there to the Mania plateau, there are several traditional restaurants and family-run farms (agriturismos) where you can enjoy the finest Ligurian cuisine, made with fresh ingredients from the garden. The shared infinity pool (8x16) is disinfected with UV lamps and a solar-heated shower. Here, immersed in the water, you can enjoy a marvelous panorama that extends from the open sea to the Ligurian coast. You can sunbathe and relax in absolute tranquility, reclining on the lounge chairs and umbrellas available on the terrace around the pool. If you prefer swimming in the sea, you can reach the beaches on foot, following the scenic road that leads directly to San Donato (800 meters). We've also thought of our younger guests. In the area between the parking lot and the pool, there's a swing, a slide, and a playhouse with a small table and chairs. Each apartment has independent heating, satellite TV, internet access, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The area is very popular with mountain bikers. The apartment is located on a plot of land in Voze, 2.5 km from the sea. The house was completely renovated in 2020, heated and air-conditioned. The large outdoor plot includes a private space that can be used as a relaxation area and includes a table, chairs and barbecue, and parking space; and a common space where there is a dwarf horse, ducks, chickens and a small dog. A few steps away is the summer shuttle stop that connects Voze to Noli, Spotorno and Bergeggi.
