The house is located on 2 floors, surrounded by olive trees, in a comfortable and relaxing environment with a garden and parking space. The house consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, in the kitchen you can find a dishwasher, microwave and many accessories to cook your dishes. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and terrace, the other with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. The house is ideal for a family. Your four-legged friends are welcome.

The apartment is located on a plot of land in Voze, 2.5 km from the sea. The house was completely renovated in 2020, heated and air-conditioned. The large outdoor plot includes a private space that can be used as a relaxation area and includes a table, chairs and barbecue, and parking space; and a common space where there is a dwarf horse, ducks, chickens and a small dog. A few steps away is the summer shuttle stop that connects Voze to Noli, Spotorno and Bergeggi.
