The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

you have to deserve Melania's house because access is reserved for visitors who like to climb! Once in the house you feel at home and the view is spectacular

We stayed at Maria Luisa's for 3 days during the Christmas holidays. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Sheltered location with beautiful mountain views. Maria Luisa was always responsive in times of need. The only advice, given the somewhat rough road to get there, is to save the location on the navigator. Definitely recommended to everyone.

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very kind to give us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

The airbnb was stunning! it had stunning views and everything we needed. unfortunately we had to walk up the airbnb and trust me that was not easy at all but the scenery was amazing so still worth it but keep it in mind! the host was lovely and left easy instructions

We were in Colico for a week. The accommodation is nice and functional. Everything you need is there. The pool is refreshing and rarely full. Since the accommodation is a little higher, you always have to go uphill (walk or drive). Small tip: There is a normal coffee machine and a capsule machine for Dolce Gusto (to be considered if you want to take coffee capsules with you)

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

Great stay (we stayed 10 days). The accommodation is perfect, the lake views are amazing. The services offered (swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are perfect. The pleasure of swimming in the pool, relaxing on the terrace with this view of the lake and the mountains, reaching the village of Vercana which is a 5-minute walk away (there are two small shops and a restaurant)... The village of Domaso (where you can swim in the lake or in the river) is about 25 minutes' walk away by small paths. Thanks to Marco for his availability and kindness. Always present to respond to our requests. Recommended residence and stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Lake Como! The location was perfect — peaceful, scenic, and just a short walk from the lake. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved waking up to the stunning views each morning — absolutely breathtaking! Our host was warm, welcoming, and super helpful with local tips and recommendations. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the Lake Como area. Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.

it is one of the remarkable places. we enjoyed alot. the place is cozy on the lake Como with hot tub and beautiful garden. enjoying the tub on the magnificent view on day and night 🌙🌏. garden is equipped with everything also the BBQ. home is cozy and every tiny spot has been used. communication with Alex and leonardo was perfect they response anytime even on midnight. they described everything at home through the check in. thanks for the late check out you made our day ren smooth and no need to rush in the morning special with kids and driving back to the Netherlands. neighborhood is more family vibes and quite the place is not 100% full privacy, we were lucky because we were alone in the building. the road to the accommodation is a bit tricky due to up hill to mountain ⛰️ Definitely we will come back.

Very helpful and attentive hosts. Very clean and well-equipped place. Very good location for those looking for sun, clean air, and tranquility. For those with walking difficulties, it is worth considering the ten-minute walk to reach the cabin. The last stretch of the road to get near the cabin by car is unpaved, so it is unsuitable for low cars, as correctly indicated by the owners. You can go on interesting walks from the house. The telephone/data signal is almost absent and there is no television, so the accommodation is really suitable for those who want to disconnect. A few cabins nearby.

Beautiful, spacious house that was very clean. The car could be parked in the garage. The house is located on a mountain slope and has a fantastic view over the valley. In good weather you can see Lake Como. Friendly welcome by Paola. She responded quickly to questions we had. We found the mattress of the bed much too soft, but that is a matter of taste. The wifi connection was not stable. It regularly dropped out.

I stayed with my family and parents (4 adults and a child) for 2 nights. Too bad we can't stay longer. Isabella is very kind and available. Nothing is missing in the apartment, breakfast products and even more. Parking in a private courtyard. Train station very close, 3/4 minutes on foot and the historic center 8 minutes away. Supermarket, bars, restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Everything is great!

I and my dog spent 3 days there. Katia was a truly wonderful host! She even helped me order pizza, which certainly wouldn't be expected of every host. There are very good excursions, Katia also includes brochures. You can switch off without problems and enjoy privacy. I honestly don't know what else to say... just perfect!! Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

We loved our time in the hut. The nature around us was spectacular and there were good options for hikes with stunning views. It was very quiet appart for some hikers and bikers passing on the trail nearby, mostly on the weekend. Giordano was very welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed and more.
