Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Trieste

Very nice and privat apartment. The view and the privat beach were super. The entrance by car is not very easy, but the very good provided videos with information helped a lot. There is also a very good public bus transport to get to Triest. Susanna was helpful and proactive. We had a great time.

We would book the place again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect, incredible views, right on the beach and also the decor is very tasteful. We found a full fridge not only for breakfast, even noodles, sugar, beer, wine water juices..... When we checked in, we had slight difficulties as Airbnb did not release the data. However, Elda responded immediately. Thank you very much

We had a wonderful time at Mauro's. The apartment was the perfect size and we felt very comfortable. The terrace was decorated with beautiful flowers and trees, which I liked very much. Communication with Mauro worked out great and he is a very nice host. You have to walk a bit from the location to the beach, but that has never hurt anyone. Right in front of the door, there are also bus stops to Trieste or the airport. The bus comes every 15-20 minutes, which is great. We can recommend it with all our hearts. Thank you so much for having us!

Lovely appartement with great view and big terraces. A nicely furnished, quiet place, clean and spacious. The host were very kind, welcoming and friendly. They also run a very good restaurant at the waterfront in the old town – big recommendation! :)

It's like arriving at a friend's place. Cozy, everything well prepared, generous. With friends, you would only complain on request that some of us couldn't quite cope with the worn-out-looking beds. However, for most people, this does not stand in the way of the desire to see each other again soon.

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Perfect location in Grado old town. Short distances to the sea and to the Harbor. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern and practical. Everything necessary is available and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Davide was straightforward, prompt and very friendly. We'd love to come back anytime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 15-day stay at Gerhard's. Communication before and after the stay was very good, friendly, and Gerhard was always very responsive. He explained everything that was useful for us to know and gave us very timely directions on possible visits to the surroundings, the beaches... He was concerned to know if we were feeling well. His accommodation is really very nice, spacious, well-equipped and perfect for a vacation. The location at the top of the hill of Muggia is excellent, with a very spacious and well-appointed terrace, lawn, plants, and a magnificent view of the gulf that leads to Trieste, the sea and in the distance the hills towards Duino and Montefalcone. We really felt very good at Gerhard's, we rested and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. We were able to discover very interesting places, and enjoy the sea. We'll be happy to go back!

Anna's home fully reflects what was described in the listing. It is equipped with every comfort, both in terms of the kitchen, bathroom, outdoor areas. It's perfect for a family because it has spaces where kids can have fun and parents relax. And above all, it has a breathtaking view of the sea! We took a swim in the sea, finding direct access to the dedicated area by elevator very convenient. Anna welcomed us with great kindness and was always available and responsive. When we arrived at the house, he also made us find fresh sweets, water and wine to make the most of our stay! Thank you!

You will find the outdoor views from her top floor apartment quite unique from both sides. I do not have many mirrors in our own home, so we had some adjusting to get accustomed. It was good to have a separate bath + shower room. Comfortable sofa, dining sets inside & out.

Everything is straightforward and friendly. The apartment is centrally located, bright, clean and cozy.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

Beautiful apartment in the suburb of Grado. The bicycles (including 2 locks) were perfect for getting to the city via good bike paths. Even for our daughter (4 years, 100 cm) there was a bicycle, as well as a bicycle with a child seat for our 2-year-old son. The beach is only 2 minutes away on foot through a small garden gate. Bakers, restaurants and a small supermarket are also in close proximity. Erica was very accommodating and thanks to the video sent in advance, we were well informed before our arrival.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! We have already stayed in many apartments in Grado. None was as perfect and new as this one. There is a separate cellar compartment with bicycles and all kinds of beach accessories. The apartment has everything you need for a nice vacation. Mojca is very nice and helpful.
