Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Trieste

Viihdyimme yli viikon tässä siistissä ja kauniisti sisustetussa asunnossa. Pidämme ruoanlaitosta, joten viihtyisä ja riittävästi varusteltu keittiö ruokapöytineen oli lempipaikkamme. Tilava ja viihtyisä parveke samoin. Andreas antoi tarvittavat ja selkeät ohjeet ja on hyvin ystävällinen. Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Posizione tranquilla tra i colli e molto panoramica. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Alloggio ben fornito e ampio. Con l'auto si raggiunge tutto piuttosto facilmente, compreso Trieste. (Ci sono anche mezzi pubblici che, però, non abbiamo sperimentato) Ottimi gli Host. Equilibrio tra tranquillità e confort. Un gattino bianco e nero ha garantito la vigilanza sulla casa e sul giardino...molto efficacemente. Da consigliare.

Ottimo appartamento a due passi dal castello di San Giusto. Spazi puliti e accoglienti. Pasticceria sotto casa. Parcheggio (in strada) a poche centinaia di metri. Se torneremo a Trieste, sarà la nostra prima scelta. Molto consigliato

The host welcomed us very nicely. He showed us the appartament and answered all our questions. The dwelling was really nice furnished. It was very modern and well-equipped. We highly recommend this flat to anyone. Our stay was perfect and we hope to come again in the future.

Parkplatz in unmittelbarere Nähe zur Wohnung, Supermarkt vor der Türe. Check-In problemlos, Wohnung großzügig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig in der Nacht! Perfekte Lage, da man sowohl mit dem Bus sehr einfach nach Triest kommt, aber auch sehr viele Ziele in der Umgebung mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren jetzt zum 2.mal hier und werden wieder kommen. James ist der perfekte Gastgeber, der sich wirklich bemüht und kümmert. Das Haus liegt wunderschön idyllisch im Grünen, trotzdem ist das Zentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Alles perfekt, wir freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Casa molto bella e accogliente, in posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi porto piccolo. Vivien e Sergio sono host super attivi, super disponibili. Chiari nelle spiegazioni, e super disponibili a indicare i migliori luoghi di interesse. Stra consigliato!

appartamento pulito e spazioso, arredi nuovi materasso comodissimo e cucina organizzata. Climatizzatore nuovo, spazio esterno piccolo ma utile e curato. Il sig. Giordano gentile ed educato e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta tempestivamente. La zona è tranquilla, vicina ai mezzi di trasporto pubblici ma essendo un po’ appartata è molto silenziosa e gradevole. Consigliato sia per brevi e per come ho fatto io lunghi periodi

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, di passaggio in zona. Ottima base per raggiungere anche in giornata Trieste o Gorizia e la zona del Collio. La casa è ampia e pulitissima. Eravamo in 4 adulti e lo spazio era ok. La cucina dispone di utensili, spezie e caffè. Non abbiamo capito se il soggiorno al terzo secondo piano fosse utilizzabile o meno, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. Facile da trovare e parcheggio comodo e gratuito in strada vicino alla casa. Il paese è piccolo e se si arriva di sera/notte non si trova granché. La comunicazione con Nicoletta è sempre stata reattiva e precisa. Info per il check-in semplici e chiare. Consiglio sicuramene l’appartamento, anche per soggiorni di più giorni.

Really great, clean and affordable place to stay at. Around 25 minute walk to the centre of Gorizia. Could be ideal for a family to stay.

Wir haben den Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen mit unseren zwei Kindern. Eine super tolle Unterkunft, mit schönem Außenbereich und so schön ruhig gelegen. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und Debora und ihr Mann waren so herzlich zu uns. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und freuen uns schon sehr darauf. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wirklich von Herzen.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 15 jours chez Gerhard. La communication avant et après le séjour était très bonne, amicale, et Gerhard a toujours été très réactif. Il nous a expliqué tout ce qu'il était utile que nous sachions et nous a donné des indications très opportunes sur les visites possibles aux alentours, les plages... Il s'est inquiété de savoir si nous nous sentions bien. Son logement est vraiment très agréable, spacieux, bien équipé et parfait pour des vacances. La localisation au sommet de la colline de Muggia est excellente, avec une terrasse très spacieuse et bien aménagée, de la pelouse, des plantes, et une magnifique vue sur le golfe qui mène à Trieste, sur la mer et au loin les collines vers Duino et Montefalcone. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis très bien chez Gerhard, nous sommes reposés et avons pleinement pu profiter de nos vacances. Nous avons pu découvrir des lieux très intéressants, et profiter de la mer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sehr großzügiges Reihenhaus, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht für einen Urlaub bis 6 Personen. Jederzeit wieder!

L'appartamento di Natascia ha una vista, che dire, strepitosa su tutto il golfo di Trieste. Posizione molto tranquilla nel verde della collina affacciata sul mare. Appartamento impeccabile molto pulito e in ordine. I due terrazzini affacciati sul mare sono veramente belli, valgono la visita.

E' un posto speciale, bellissima vista sul mare, la proprietaria e' gentilissima ed aiuta sempre. Ci ritorneo' di sicuro. Grazie mille per questo bellissimo soggiorno.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Schöne, großzügige Wohnung. Tolle Austattung mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne große Pool und die Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern!

Federica je bila zelo odzivna in prijazna. Stanovanje smo našli zlahka. Je takšno kot v opisu. Vse je dosegljivo peš. Hvala za vse, priporočam.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit vielen feinen, kleinen Details, die uns gut gefallen haben, Zeichnungen an der Wand, Treibholzskulpturen, Muscheln u.ä. sowie ausgewählte Möbel. All dies, neben der herrlichen Terrasse, auf der ab nachmittags Schatten und immer wieder ein kühler Wind bläst, haben uns einen schönen Aufenthlat beschert. Die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass man selbst im Hochsommer mit geöffneten Fenstern einen angenehmen Durchzug erzeugen kann. Und wer auch ein bisschen Strandleben mit Musik am Abend mag, ist in der Hochsaison hier am richtigen Ort. Ebbe und Flut bekommt man hier zu Gesicht wie selten am Mittelmeer, auch das ist besonders. Um im Tiefen zu baden, geht man erstmal 200 m kniehoch ins Meer hinein. Wer es ein bisschen weniger lieblich mag, wird an der Werft von Monfalcone am Horizont Freude haben. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! Billo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!
