Monica and Luciano offer you their small independent house, located in the quiet of the historic center of Magognino, a hamlet of Stresa, with a wide panoramic view of Lake Maggiore and the Lepontine Prealps. The house - 66 square meters - renovated with great care, consists of: dining room/kitchen with outdoor veranda overlooking the garden; living room, bathroom and terrace with lake view; bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and dormer window with lake view.

Our small house is a comfortable and charming 45 m2 studio apartment with an equipped kitchenette, a sofa bed with a king-size memory mattress, a Finnish sauna room (extra fee is requested) completely covered with linden wood and heated with a wood-burning stove (as in real and authentic Finnish saunas), a bathroom with a shower and a bucket for the fresh water cascade. Outside, there is a large green space with a swimming pool, canopy and barbecue.

The location allows you to walk to shops, clubs, restaurants, bike rental activities, station and connection to the islands. The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
