Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Vercelli

A fantastic view. We had absolute peace. During the week, the pool is even for us alone. (Travel time Pentecost holidays). The city can be reached either by car or via a considerable descent. You shouldn't walk on the main road. There is a large free parking lot right at the entrance to the village. The refrigerator failure was immediately fixed by Salvatore. If you like to cook, you need patience, the pots are not induction stove suitable and the electricity fails every now and then. But the fantastic location and view, as well as the tranquility and friendliness of the hosts made up for it. We will definitely come back😀... with mosquito spray in our luggage 😉 Gracie mille

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

The accommodation is impeccable, and super well located, we were 6 biker friends, we had the space, for everyone, the kitchen is very well equipped, two bathrooms for a group, it's very comfortable There is a car park right in front of the building the place is quiet and central, which allowed us to visit the region, the lakes, Our host was very friendly, welcomed us with kindness, despite our delay... we really recommend this place.

Frederico's apartment is very cozy and close to the lake. The place Belgirate is perfect for people who like it quiet and relaxed. From here, beaches can be reached by car and you can go hiking or cycling. The famous town of Stresa with the Borromean Islands is 10 minutes away by car, you can take the ferry to the islands directly from Belgirate. We had a great and relaxing time, thank you so much! :)

Very nice and great hospitality! The accommodation is easy to reach and is very central and quiet for most activities. The place was extremely clean and tidy. Definitely worth a visit and happy to come again! ✨

We had come a few years ago to the fishermen's island and had been enchanted by its beauty. We wanted to stay there for several days this time. We were able to enjoy this island and the neighboring islands. We were very pleased with the idea of going from one island to another. The apartment is convenient, you can find everything you need. There's everything for breakfast, drinks, amazing. Thank you Paco. The best part is the terrace overlooking the lake. Tranquility after the departure of the last boat, the evenings are magical. We had a good meal at the belvedere, Paco's restaurant. We will come back, for sure.

Perfect location, beautiful and clean apartment. The small balcony and especially the small, enclosed single garage for our motorcycles were again extra plus points. The Communication with Edoardo was very good and completely hassle-free. We will be happy to come back.

The setting and the view are great. The only downside is the noise from the nearby road. Fortunately, the traffic calms down at night. Apart from that, the location is ideally located for visiting. Great restaurant in Baveno.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation in Arona. The apartment was exactly as we had wished – it was clean, well equipped and offered everything we needed for our stay. The reception was very warm, and also during the entire time the landlord was always available, responded quickly and friendly to all small questions and was consistently helpful. This made us feel very good and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal for us for excursions on foot or by car. Overall, we had a great time, and we can recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We stayed 3 days and everything was perfect... comfortable accommodation, with everything you need. Valerio was very helpful and so was his mother. The location is special... lake view and convenient to reach any destination around the lake. It was a wonderful vacation and I recommend the accommodation!!!!!!

We had a lovely time, Davide’s beautiful home was in the perfect location as you walked out of the door if you looked to your left the lake is in view and everywhere was extremely walkable. Everything was extremely clean and also was equipped with everything you may need. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting the picturesque town of Arona.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

This 400-year-old lakeside house is a true step back in time, offering breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. Spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, it fully lived up to expectations. The patio, right on the water, was an absolute highlight - we spent hours soaking in the stunning lake view, watching the distant lights of surrounding communities shimmer at night while sipping wine. Ambra is an exceptional host, providing detailed and timely guidance on the island, ferry schedules, free parking, and dining options. Despite our delayed arrival due to traffic, she graciously waited on the island to personally welcome us. The island itself is small yet enchanting, with plenty of restaurants and an ideal location for visiting the magnificent palaces and gardens of Isola Bella and Isola Madre. After the final ferry departs at 7 p.m., it feels as though you have the island entirely to yourself - a truly enjoyable experience.

A fabulous location peaceful, away from the crowds, with marvelous views, yet within easy distance to explore Stresa and Lago Maggiore. The cottage is well-equipped comfy and clean. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! Lodana and Bartolomeo are wonderful hosts, whom we gladly recommend. The accommodation is very well furnished. We were greeted by the house cat, who received her daily petting. We enjoyed the time sitting at the table in front of the house under the tree overlooking the lake. Bartolomeo has provided us with salad and vegetables. Thank you again for that. Also for the cordiality, dear Lodana, we will always remember well and will gladly come back.

Renato was amazing. He met us at the conad supermarket when we arrived so we could get groceries as the apartment is approx 1.5 miles from a shop. He then took us on a tour of Stresa and took us to the apartment and showed us how everything worked. It is a clean apartment with a great outdoor eating area. You have to be mobile to stay here as there are some hills to get from the lakeside to the apartment and steps and a spiral staircase. We walked approx 15000 steps a day to and from Stresa ferry port etc. There is a lido at the bottom of the hill with lake access a bar and cafe and sunbeds which we paid 10 euros for 2 sunbeds after 2pm. You don't need lake shoes to access the lake to swim from the lido. There is a local restaurant 10 mins walk away no hills which was lovely local food.

What a lovely gem! In a classical, stunning Italian building but apartment is newly renovated. Lovely views to the piazza, just 3-5min walking to the lake, restaurants, The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, cozy bed and all amenities for cooking etc. Highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Daniela's apartment. The apartment looks even nicer than in the photos. Very centrally located and yet quiet, as the windows are located in the courtyard. Daniela was always available for us and very helpful. We will be happy to come back! ☀️

Beautiful, lovingly maintained river house. The location is phenomenal. The house is cozy and offers so many possibilities. Particularly great are the outdoor facilities overlooking the river, terrace, meadow, grill, pizza oven, tables, chairs, etc. The only downside is the road that passes directly by the house on the other side. It's not very busy, but when it is, the cars come fast. Caution is advised with small children.

Great apartment in the middle of the old town - everything can be reached on foot in a few steps and only a 10-minute walk from the train station. We felt very comfortable in Valentina's spacious apartment and super recovered in the comfortable beds. The communication was always friendly and uncomplicated. Everything is great 😊
