Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

We will be very happy to be to host you in a studio with a warm atmosphere in the historic center of Preveza, ideal location for wandering around on foot at any time! An actual 3-minute walk from the market, Androutsos square, the port and all the cafes, bars and taverns! You can go everywhere on foot without worrying about noise during the night hours. Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κεντρικά της πόλης. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείς να απολαύσεις τις βόλτες σου στην πλακόστρωτη παραλία και την παλιά αγορά της Πρέβεζας. Εκεί έχεις πολλές επιλογές για καφέ και φαγητό με θέα την θάλασσα. Τα γραφικά στενά της πόλης με τα παραδοσιακά ουζερί βρίσκονται επίσης σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών. Η παραλία της Κυανής Ακτής απέχει μόλις 1 km από το διαμέρισμα ,όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν το μπάνιο τους και να πιούν τον καφέ τους.

The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. Grandpa's House is a fully renovated detached house of 58 sq.m. located 2 kilometers from the historic center of the city. It consists of a living room - kitchen, a bedroom and a large bathroom with storage. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with A/C. Outside the house you can have your breakfast and relax while the children enjoy the games. Within 50-100 meters there are a super market, a bakery, and a bus station.
