Very rich apartment, with spectacular view and very well equipped. The quincho and jacuzzi on the terrace totally reflect what you see in the photos. The apartment is very comfortable to go with the family and with children, with very spacious spaces. Carla was an excellent host, always attentive to any need or question from us.

The view of the place is incredible! I think it lacks heating, we went in May, we had cold days and we were a little cold, although afterwards they provided us with a stove, it was not enough for all the rooms and we could not sleep with that stove on. The rest is excellent.

A very good place to rest, private environment and beach access, good facilities and a 10/10 view for rest and relaxation. Maria is very helpful and everything worked perfect, highly recommended for couples or 4 people who will be very comfortable in this place

We loved this apartment so much we extended our stay. It is in a secure building. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a great view. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We really liked using the washing machine. We walked or took a city bus everywhere. There is a Unimarc around the corner and lots of great restaurants nearby.

we had an incredible time. We loved the privacy between the cabanas, the quiet of the place. We were able to comfortably enjoy all the dependencies, and always attentive for making us feel comfortable. We will definitely come back and recommend

The place is as it appears in the photos. The apartment is nice, clean and tidy. The communication was fluid and pleasant. The kitchen has everything; I would only make one suggestion: change the kitchen cutting board. It was a very pleasant stay.

The house and the surroundings are beautiful, with lots of trees, landscape, a large terrace, gazebo, pool and the house is gorgeously designed (rustic/modern). Definitely the best house in Maitencillo. Great place to relax and entertain with family and friends. High quality linens and bedsheets. 5min driving distance from a supermarket and convenience store. I would characterize the property as a “private villa”. One of my favorite properties in Chile.

The apartment is located in the perfect area for the needs we had, we moved on foot between the different activities, excellent. Safe area with all services at hand. Access to the garage is just a little confusing, but when you understand it, there are no difficulties. I highly recommend it

Excellent stay! The apartment is just as it appears in the photos, it had everything you need and even some extras, such as card games and dominoes. The location is great for going to the beach and walking along the sea. I would definitely be back!
