The apartment is very well located, in the center of Pucon. You can go out walking to business and restaurants. It is just a short drive to all the tourist attractions in the area. It is a new apartment, its condition is impeccable. The kitchen is very well equipped, the heating is excellent.

Cristhoper responded to all messages and was very fluid communication. It was a super nice stay for one night. The surroundings are auper tranquil. The apartment is a 5 minute drive or 25-30 minutes walking. The parking lot is a bit narrow for pickup trucks, but it's done.

The apartment is just as described, it's cozy, it's warm so we don't get cold, and the weather was nice We had a problem with a blind in the room, however Javiera was attentive and solved the problem efficiently So I recommend this accommodation

The apartment and condominium are very nice and have many services! The host was very nice and flexible with our needs. We recommend going by car to spend several days, to be able to take advantage of the common spaces of the condominium and not have problems when moving inside and outside the condominium.

The place is beautiful. The building's facilities are amazing. We had an emergency and rented at the last minute and the response was timely so we could resolve to stay here. Very bright and very enjoyable! The bedding in particular is great. The apartment is very well located for shopping/cafes/restaurants and 10 minutes maximum from any agency or bus point. The terrace is very nice as soon as there is sunshine: even in autumn we were able to have breakfast there. Communication is perfectly fluid, and Andrea was particularly accommodating and kind to us: thanks to her!

We felt very comfortable in the place. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Don Carlos was always very attentive and kind. We stayed for a month and felt right at home, we even changed the sheets, towels, and bath carpet every week at no extra cost. The condo is nice, quite quiet. It's in front of a forest and next to a small stream. I highly recommend this apartment, the only important thing to take into account is that you have to walk quite a lot for the center of Pucón, from 15 to 20 minutes, but it was heavy considering that sometimes one carries things. in addition, the entrance to the condominium is a hill, which although it is short, can run out quite if you are not carrying a car. However, despite that, it is a very comfortable place for long stays. Highly recommended!

Excellent view very good facilities

Very comfortable apartment for a family of 6, I brought my pillows, which is something we always do. It has a small terrace with partial lake view, the facilities are top notch. Don't forget to bring detergent and 500 coins for laundry in the -1 laundry room, washing costs $2,000 and drying another $2,000 more, the only thing that is involved is a dryer or towel hanger for washing the terrace. We enjoyed the lake and pool to the fullest. We recommend the place 100%.

We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

The apartment is really complete, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers). Bicycles to explore a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris is a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

I highlight the kindness, worries and friendliness of Juan José, without a doubt an excellent host, of all my trips, the best host I have known so far, responds quickly and clearly all questions. The apartment is very nice, like, spacious, surrounded by a fantastic environment, ideal for going with the family and relaxing, I recommend it 1000%, when I travel back to Pucón I would love to stay in this apartment again. Jorge is an excellent host, he had everything ready to welcome us; the terrace of the place with a view of 180 is impressive, in addition to the jacuzzi from where you can enjoy the view of the lake….. The spaces are very comfortable and the beds too…
