Always a great place to stay!

Great cozy place in a great location that I would recommend to anyone.

Great and comfortable private little place for a couple or alone. Comfy bed and pillows and excellent air conditioning!! Beautiful outdoors on property and all around. If you like photographing wildlife or just like it, deer show up in the morning to graze. Kitchen well stocked with coffee and tea, fluffy towels, clean and uncluttered. Looks just like the pics. The host is communicative and friendly and the rental is completely private. I highly recommend Kate’s place and would stay there again. The nearby town has great shops and restaurants.

The facade does not do it justice or appear to be the beautiful and quiet place that it is. It is spacious, quite comfortable, safe, clean and quiet. Ideal for resting, very close to the center, with many nearby options for eating, shopping, leisure or entertainment. Great value. Simple, straightforward, and minimalist.

Beautiful guest suite. As described and better. Well located, easy to find with swift access from highway, beautifully situated in a picturesque, safe neighborhood . Private, secure and safe for my small dog. Extremely comfortable and welcoming. 100/100 for cleanliness. Their adjoining back garden view from the suite's window was a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility. An absolutely lovely guest accommodation in every possible way. Rick and Brandon have set an impeccably high standard to elegance, cleanliness and simplicity that was both a pleasure and privilege to enjoy for the evening. We look forward to staying again when passing through Amarillo. Thank you Rick and Brandon for being such wonderful and professional hosts and for your stellar guest suite.

Host did a wonderful job communicating! While we were staying, San Antonio had to weather a tough thunderstorm that took out the internet for a brief moment. Before we even reached out to the host, she told us she contacted the provider and said it would be back up shortly. Due to flight times, she made an exception and also let me check in an hour or so early so I wouldn't have to sit and wait at the airport. It's a small spot but just enough for a short trip. The patio is so lovely, and had it not been raining, we would've been out there most of the time. Either way, it was a nice, calming view right in front of the bed. Water pressure was good in the shower as well. Wall air conditioner unit in the bedroom and living room helped get rid of some of the humidity from the rain. Some of the furniture is a bit old, but it's like any 3-star hotel, really—it just feels much more like a home, which is exactly what we were looking for. Totally recommend!

This is a great unit! The room was in a quiet neighborhood above the main residence. Everything worked like it should and there were some nice touches like sparkling water in the minifridge and snacks in the little console. Loved the big map of Austin on the wall! It seems like all the places we needed to travel to were about 15 minutes away, which was awesome. Driving in Austin is quite the experience, but we managed well. We were in town to attend a wedding at the Wildflower Center and this unit was a great alternative to staying at a mega-hotel. Quiet, clean, comfortable and convenient!

5 stars are not enough! Val and Jamie are fantastic hosts and have a beautiful space perfect for a couple! The house is clean, cozy, and comfy! They have thought of every detail to make your stay feel right at home. Complimentary tea samples from their Tea Room are delicious and add the perfect touch! This is our second stay at their house and would come back again and again. Thank you again for hosting us and accommodating us!

Such a beautiful neighborhood! Andrew’s listing was so beautiful and clean! The yard you have access to was perfect for our dog to run around in he had so much fun! The neighborhood had a ton of walking trails that were so fun to explore!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb studio! The space was spotless and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was incredibly central—close to everything, which made getting around super easy. The host, Sandra was amazing—friendly, responsive, and available whenever I had a question. The studio came fully stocked with all the amenities I could ask for, and having a private backyard was a wonderful bonus. Sandra allowed our dog to stay and had everything to make our furbaby at home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

I booked this property last minute needing a place to stay for my last night in Austin after a 3 day event. The instant book made it easy. It was the perfect space for R&R. My favorite things were the SUPER cozy blanket in the living room since the leather couch was cold & seeing the greenery through all the windows. To enjoy the patio space, Mark provides tons of bug spray & stuff — or you can enjoy it from the inside! I would absolutely stay here again — and hopefully visit the springs & see the bats. Ps. There’s 3 different fluffiness of pillows on the bed which was amazing to see since I like the more flat options 🙏🏼🙏🏼

This Airbnb was beautiful, mountain views on each side, and the sound of cars fades once you reach the house. The light in there at all times of day is perfect, at sundown you have a direct view of a beautiful sunset through the window if you’re sitting in bed, very comfortable bed & couch. Nice and quiet. There’s a coffee shop/icecream place nearby and getting into downtown is just 7 or 8 minutes, or go the opposite way and you’re in the National Forest for stargazing. It is adobe, and I went in mid June. I am a VERY hot sleeper and was apprehensive about no AC, but the adobe did its job great! I was pretty comfortable once I figured out the ceiling fan at night. Try also showering close to bedtime, those two things make a world of difference with adobe, it stayed between 70-72 degrees I observed. A very unique and beautiful place to stay, indoors and out. Told my parents they should book it sometime! I like trying new places when I come to Taos but would definitely book this again

The place was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The location was great. It was very quiet and peaceful across from a park. Salvador was great! Lots of communication and he came by to say hi and had some good recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb had everything we needed and was in the perfect location, about 30 min to an hour from multiple towns/big cities and beautiful natural areas to see. We loved the house’s view of the hill country and being able to watch the sunset from the upper patio. The yard was amazing to hang out in, very peaceful. I loved the trees, wildflowers, and bugs/animals I saw, and the dry creek bed was so pretty to sit by. There are deer that hang out in the yard all the time that you can feed with corn, they were friendly but still wild animals so we just fed them and kept our distance. There was a hot tub, but we were too busy to get a chance to use it. There were a few local restaurants we tried that were good. The owners provided a lot of useful information about the nearby areas, river, canyon lake, etc. The owners provided bathroom and kitchen basics which was much appreciated. The bed was comfy. A lovely place and I would stay there again in the future.

I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Amarillo. Everything was clean, the neighborhood was nice & quiet. Larry is a great host, very reputable and a man of true integrity. You will not be disappointed if you stay here!!!

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time staying here. Tommi really makes you feel right at home and provides everything you could possibly need. She truly made us feel like we were at our home away from home. She even provides maps of the island to find the best beach spots and food suggestions. She also provides you with local restaurants and her fav picks in south padre. It’s a perfect location that’s not too far away from South Padre! I would definitely stay here again.

Robert’s place is a beautiful, peaceful place to be in Fredericksburg. He is a great host and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Margaret is the host that we always hope to find when looking for a place to stay. She is the most welcoming and considerate host I have ever had the pleasure to stay with. Her space was also perfect for us as well. Plenty of space and a perfect base to come back to between activities in Austin. Walkable to the excellent Cherrywood Coffeehouse, and a short ride away from dozens of other great places. The bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet, while also being within minutes of all of the exciting parts of Austin. Margaret has also set her guests up with plenty of suggestions, including a folder filled with menus from local restaurants with some personal recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer, and enjoy morning coffee with the birds (and a few colorful lizards too!).
