My experience at this Airbnb was very gracious. The place was spotless upon our arrival, as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient: safe, quiet and with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was very kind and always responded quickly, which made everything easier. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked perfectly and in general you could tell that they take great care of the details. I would definitely stay here again and I totally recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and well located place.

An excellent getaway, a place with an impressive view of the mountains. The barbecue and campfire area is ideal for spending time with the family, as was our case. The bouncy castle, the pool and the nearby spring were a plus for the children, who enjoyed it 100%. Thank you Roberto for your attentions and for being attentive, we enjoyed it very much.

The place is amazing, it was very nice to light the fire and see the moon with a view of the lake. My friends and I had a great time and the host was always in touch with us to give us the best experience.

The house is as shown in the photos, adaptable for children in the jacuzzi area, the green areas are very well cared for, the house is very comfortable and beautiful. Recommendations: I wish the outside bathroom was in service so we wouldn't have to enter the house wet. Always wear mosquito repellent.

The place is excellent and we had a pleasant stay, very close to the shopping center and the main road. The place is spacious, with plenty of natural light during the day and at night the place is very bright, honoring its name "Villa Iluminada". The place has ceiling fans that help keep the place cool, a very important detail for us. The cleanliness of the place is good, with some small details in the bathrooms and it would be perfect. Don Ramón was always attentive and helpful in everything we needed. The location of the place was a bit difficult to find because it does not appear exactly on Google Maps or when using GPS. To find the place, we had to stop and ask the people who live in the area. We can definitely recommend this place and I would also stay there again with my family.

We had a quiet and pleasant stay, my dogs were the happiest with so much space to sniff, the house was very cozy, the spaces were comfortable and the atmosphere was comforting. The accommodation is as shown in the ad, the host was always in contact with us, shared useful instructions for our arrival and was always attentive to us. The accommodation itself is quite nice, the area is quite quiet, it is located within a private subdivision which makes it quite safe. Perfect for relaxing and connecting with whoever you go with, the outdoor space is perfect if you go with pets. Everything is super clean, just like in the photos and very comfortable and with the essentials to have a good time. As recommendations for future guests: if you go in the rainy season, it is better to go by van since the last part to get there is dirt road and it could be a little difficult for compact cars; also, bring food because it is a little far from the center of the village. Finally, I'd like to mention that Luis was very attentive to our arrival, making sure that we could arrive without any problems and that we were comfortable in the stay.

We had a great stay here at the nest! We originally planned for 2 nights but booked it for a 3rd night because of how at home we felt. Everything matches the photos, the loft is an excellent place to stay when visiting Cholula/Puebla. 10/10, we will be back.
