Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Brand new studio very bright, with spacious kitchen and dressing room. You have the necessary utensils for your stay in addition to cleaning products and complimentary food. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Guests do not share any stays with other guests or hosts. To check in outside the established hours (4:00 PM to 9:00 PM), you must check if we have availability and pay a surcharge that depends on the time of arrival.

A bright and cozy apartment located in a quiet area, very close to Alcalá Street, which is one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, and very close to the emblematic La Ventas bullring, with a bus stop at the same door that takes you to the city center in 15 minutes and with a metro stop in just 5 minutes. A very nice neighborhood with all kinds of shops and services, supermarkets, parks, etc. Cleaning is for sheets and towels.
