Awesome place for the family! I was a little skeptical about at first buying an Airbnb in Mexico (since I have never been there before), but after staying here, I can definitely say I will be back. I never once felt unsafe and it was nice to see the police everywhere around the neighborhood for added security. The place was easy to find and a very great location, the taxis around Playa del Carmen are also very reasonable. So many restaurant options all within a five minute walk of the property. Also, plenty of late night bars to stop at. The roof top pool was perfect and had a great view of the ocean and Cozumel. Pool also has a bar with great drink prices. The beach was a quick walk away, but I would suggest taking a taxi though too Playa - 72, a much more quiet beach if you don't want a crowd. Lastly, the host was very attentive and always responded when needed. The front desk was also a great resource for anything we needed. I will definitely be back here!

We had a fantastic stay at Gomez’s place! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. We especially loved the tennis courts and the beautiful views — it truly felt like a vacation. There were fans throughout the space, and you could open the windows to let the lovely breeze in. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to everything, but tucked away from the main drag so it was peaceful at night. The pool was empty most of the time so we practically had it to ourselves, and the security team was always around, friendly, and made the area feel very safe. Having a designated parking spot right out front was a huge plus, especially when we rented a car for day trips. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to explore. The neighborhood felt safe and was incredibly beautiful, with plenty of charm and vibrant local culture. The home itself was spotless and very well-maintained. You can tell the host puts a lot of care into making sure guests feel comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. From check-in to check-out, the host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind—truly one of the best we’ve encountered. This place really made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We'd definitely stay here again!

Si buscas algo en la Riviera Maya, ni lo dudes, acá lo vas a pasar súper bien!. Estuvimos 6 noches con mi mujer y nuestros 4 hijos (21 a 10 años) y la experiencia para todos fue excelente. Las fotos y la descripción son muy buenas pero en persona es aún mejor. El departamento tiene todo lo que necesitamos y al estar en planta baja parece una casa privada. 2 habitaciones con baño privado más un toilette, y excelentes utensillos para cocinar si lo deseas. La pileta digamos que es casi privada, estábamos siempre solos. El complejo PA es muy lindo, muy seguro, tenés todo lo que necesitas a sólo pasos y caminando entre los piletones con delfines que es una experiencia única. Podes estar literalmente las 24 hs observándolos, no hay otro lugar así. Hay supermercado, negocios varios, casa de cambio, contratación y transporte a las excursiones, restaurantes de todo tipo y mucho más. Y Rodrigo... 1000 puntos sobre 10! Nos fuimos y nos siguió ayudado con tips para nuestro viaje por la Riviera.

I loved staying here it’s in the jungle and it’s so pretty there is so much stuff to do near by and the stay was nice as well as the pool !! I would definitely recommend

Me quedé unas noches en el departamento de Giordana con mi novio y una bebé de 7 meses. La experiencia fue increíble. El departamento tiene absolutamente todo lo que pudieras necesitar (y más!). Una verdadera joya. Giordana nos prestó una cuna y silla para bebé, lo cual fue una súper ayuda durante nuestra estancia. (Nos ofreció hasta carseat!). Sumamente equipado con un wagon, mas que suficientes toallas, todo increíble! Tuvimos un detalle con el minisplit la primera noche, pero Giordana lo resolvió rapidísimo y hasta nos mandó una pizza deliciosa. Muchas gracias, Giordana! Hiciste de nuestra experiencia en Akumal, un verdadero deleite. Sin duda regresaremos.

Tolle, große Unterkunft mit erfrischenden privaten Pool. Es waren nicht viele andere Gäste da, weshalb wir die beiden anderen großen Pools für uns alleine hatten. Nur zum Essen/Einkaufen muss man immer ca 30 min Autofahrt einplanen.

Un apartamento muy recomendable. Muy limpio. Cocina muy bien equipada. Ana un encanto desde el primer contacto. Las fotos son fieles al anuncio. No echamos de menos nada en el piso para los 4 días que estuvimos. Cerca del puerto donde coger el ferry a playa del carmen y de la plaza central. A 15 mins andando tiene una playita pública agradable. Si volvemos a Cozumel, repetiriamos.

The place was exactly as posted. Communication was very outstanding, and it was very safe. And of course the 7-11 is very convenient

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

It is on beautiful grounds! The public transport (collectivos) have 2 starting points really close by so perfect for getting around! You’ll also get the chance to meet Janis the sweetest guard dog! The apartment has a kitchen filled with utensils and dishes. Gunita and her husband were very welcoming and helping. It is a great deal not too far from the cities, by collectivos about 25 minutes from Playa del Carmen, 3 minutes from Puerto Aventuras and 40 min from Tulum! I absolutely recommend this place for solo travellers!

The accommodations were outstanding , it really felt like coming home after a long day of exploring Playa . The private pool and roof terrace were amazing additions!

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

The place is wonderful and our host was great as well. Location is perfect, it is a beachfront property so you always wake up to the sound of the waves and the birds. The place is a walk distance of restaurants and cafes so it made our life so much easier.

I’ve been to the area before. Nice location with great restaurants. Has a beautiful infinity pool with a bar which is a nice plus. Not enough seating around the pool or umbrellas though. Close walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. No dishwasher which was surprising. Close to food store 7 min walk. Close to ferry to Cozumel and excursions. Would recommend and come again.

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

El alojamiento es perfecto, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La playa esta a 1 cuadra y la 5ta avenida a 2 cuadras, la ubicación es ideal. La alberca es maravillosa. Frank estuvo al pendiente de todo cuando lo necesitamos.

Un excelente departamento para una pareja, bien ubicado varios súper cercanos, cerca de la quinta y cerca de las estaciones donde te recogen para ir a los parques Xcaret. Toda la estancia fue muy buena y Víctor siempre atento a lo que se necesite.

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito lugar, cómodo, cumple con las amenidades, salvo el centro de lavado están descompuestas, estacionamiento chico pero pues tiene si ganas el lugar. Me volvería alojar con gusto.
