Great Family Holiday in Villamartin! "We recently spent 7 wonderful days in this lovely apartment in Villamartin, Spain, with our two kids. The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. The apartment's value for money was excellent! Rating: 5/5 stars

excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. We would definitely repeat

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

We were there for 2 weeks. Neat and tidy apartment, the view is beautiful with beach outside. In the apartment you will find everything you need. Shops , cafe/restaurants are accessible by foot. The host was nice and gave great instructions and tour upon first meeting. Recommended.

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

We had an amazing week at the villa. Walkable to the beach, local towns , carrefour, shops and restaurants. The house was perfect inside and out and we had more than we needed. Thank you! We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, well-equipped property. Everything you could possibly need was provided, and the place was spotless and stylish. The pool was a real highlight — clean, inviting, and perfect for soaking up the brilliant weather. Roldán itself is quiet, without a huge amount to do, but that’s part of its charm. It’s the ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and came away feeling totally refreshed. Highly recommend!

Our stay was an excellent combination of relaxation and exploring. The house was amazingly comfortable and practical in every way. We have already booked for next year!!

The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It is a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case we were going to rest and enjoy the house, it was not a problem. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Fermín's accommodation was new with modern and tasteful decoration, it had beautiful views of the two seas and was very clean. Many extras that were worth it and make the stay very comfortable and with many options for recreational activities. There are also many options for getting around, such as bus stops, bicycles, scooters, etc. The area is very quiet, at least on the dates we traveled. We highly recommend it, Thank you Fermín!!

The appartment was perfect and location was right next to the main club house, the apartment itself was clean and very well presented, the host was amazing with communication and was easy to access and get around would stay again. We had friend on a villa and this was a beautiful location as perfect as can get, thank you for letting us stay.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Jesus was very approachable and gave clear instructions. It was nice to walk on the beach and there was plenty of space at the swimming pool.
