Bungalow holiday rentals in Puerto del Carmen

We had a lovely time at Playa Roca. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of three. Being in a gated community, it is very quiet, safe and peaceful. But still close enough to amenities. The pool area is very good, always plenty of loungers, shade and space. Pool bar Paella was lovely too + run by a lovely Spanish couple. Our host was very responsive and helpful, he even stopped by to make sure everything was ok - would recommend to others.

Great bungalow on the esplanade but very quiet at night. Beautiful beach location with some bars and restaurants nearby. a short walk to the main square with a choice of supermarkets. House has a well equipped kitchen and good living space and a comfortable bed. Would definitely like to stay again

A highly recommended stay. This is a very quiet development. The accommodation meets the expectations in the photos. Everything was very clean and very complete. The pool is wide. Also the apartment is on the beachfront so it is perfect for a walk and enjoy the views.

We stayed at the Casa Ursula apartment from 25.2 to 15.3.25. The apartment is very clean, functional and cute! The location right by the sea is beautiful ! Enjoyed the super great view of the sea every day at breakfast. The day couldn't get off to a better start. Wi-Fi ( UpLoad about 10 MBit/sec ) was always available in Casa Ursula for working. Carlos's towels and linen were replaced once a week. If it was necessary, also replaced more often! Carlos was always available and immediately implemented every request. A lot of praise for this ! The kitchen is supposedly replaced by a new one in the summer, according to Carlos. It was totally sufficient for us, but there is nothing wrong with a new one - with a bit more amenities. We felt totally comfortable and will definitely be very happy to come back ! Many thanks to Claudia and Carlos for the wonderful time with you ! Hasta luego.

House with its swimming pool in a peaceful area with a beautiful environment and lovely sea view very nice We particularly appreciated the calm and the situation. The pool is a big plus to enhance the stay. Very clean house, well-equipped and compliant in photos. Soo Mi was very responsive. A small downside for the baking sheets can be repaired ... We thoroughly appreciated the small touches (cold drinks in the fridge). We were able to really relax in this peaceful environment and discover the sumptuous landscapes of this one of a kind island. Very successful stay. Highly recommend this location.

What a lovely place - Right on top of things but so quiet and peaceful. The host Erna is excellent, so helpful and always available to reply to messages. The place itself - Its spotless, there’s everything you could possibly need, sunbeds, deckchairs etc. The WiFi is excellent, there is Aircon in both bedrooms which works well. I could go on but it would probably be easier to tell you what is wrong with the place and the host……..NOTHING. If we return to Costa Teguise I hope it’s back to here.

Absolutely perfect location, just a stone throw away from the beach. Lovely areas at the accommodation to sit outside. very comfortable accommodation, I would recommend to anyone. Some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Easy walking to Arrecife and Matagorda along the coast.

Jan was a great help in facilitating our night time arrival. He was helpful and equally flexible for allowing us a late check out too. The local comminity is a lovely setting, it is a very private area, with a lovely pool area in a secure site. The accomodation was as described and right next to the pool which was ideal for the children. The property/ kitchen is well equipped and we did not want for anything. The local area is nice, though I would recommend a hire car. All in all, a lovely spot I would recommend.

We recently had a great stay in this spacious apartment, and it was really a lovely experience. Upon arrival, everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment was equipped with every comfort we needed. The beautiful garden overlooking the Montaña Roja made the picture complete. The owner was particularly welcoming and helpful. Said went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible and checked if everything was to your liking. Her accommodating and thoughtful attitude has made our vacation even easier. We had a very relaxing holiday with our daughter of 2 years and during my pregnancy. We really didn't miss a moment. In addition, there was a mini market just 20 meters away with a friendly owner who was open until the night, which was incredibly convenient. All in all, we can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone who is looking for a nice and carefree holiday. We will definitely come back!

The bungalow was gorgeous, perfect location in the complex right next to the swimming pool and very quiet. Very secure complex, everything you could possibly need in the bungalow. It is a bit of a walk into the centre, but we loved it walking along the sea front. Thank you we will definitely be back.

Alberto has been very friendly and helpful at all times. The home has everything you need to spend a magnificent vacation. It is clean and located in a very quiet area. In addition, a very important thing to note is that Alberto has been flexible in the departure times. Overall a stay of 10.

Loved staying here as a gift for my partner's birthday. Very calming area, there were times we'd sit in silence just to appreciate that the only sound was the wind and wildlife ! There was a time where we forgot the doors were slam shut and left the key inside... Kim was responsive within the hour to get us back in for breakfast haha. 🩵 She was also worried about us not having a car, and offered to take us food shopping when we got there which was very sweet. Despite her worries, the bus was reliable to get to and from PDC and it was the perfect location for us as we mixed days up between going into the city, and hiking on the mountains behind us. Definitely would love to have the luxury of coming back and to one of Kim's properties again, with their unique sustainable designs using the volcanic rocks which makes them stand out as well! Next time it will be with a car though! 😁

The accommodation is best reached from the airport by taxi for 12 euros. The flexible check-in with a key box works great! The apartment is close to the beach. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The place was clean and well decorated. Unfortunately, the toilet is still running, so the cistern hums every 10 minutes because new water is being replenished.
