Bungalow holiday rentals in Puerto del Carmen

We had a lovely time at Playa Roca. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of three. Being in a gated community, it is very quiet, safe and peaceful. But still close enough to amenities. The pool area is very good, always plenty of loungers, shade and space. Pool bar Paella was lovely too + run by a lovely Spanish couple. Our host was very responsive and helpful, he even stopped by to make sure everything was ok - would recommend to others.

Comunicazione perfetta con il personale, anche nella propria lingua madre. Sempre disponibili alle mie richieste e domande ma soprattutto a risolvere ogni problema. Flessibilità per il check out. Posizione perfetta per qualsiasi persona di fronte alla spiaggia con colazioni e aperitivi fantastici. Consiglio vivamente questa abitazione e questa agenzia. Se dovessimo tornare verremo sicuramente d qvoi e vi consiglieremo a chiunque!!!:)

Great bungalow on the esplanade but very quiet at night. Beautiful beach location with some bars and restaurants nearby. a short walk to the main square with a choice of supermarkets. House has a well equipped kitchen and good living space and a comfortable bed. Would definitely like to stay again

We stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it. Walking to the beach every morning for a swim was fantastic and because the beach is really sheltered it was always calm. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Everything was great.

What a lovely place - Right on top of things but so quiet and peaceful. The host Erna is excellent, so helpful and always available to reply to messages. The place itself - Its spotless, there’s everything you could possibly need, sunbeds, deckchairs etc. The WiFi is excellent, there is Aircon in both bedrooms which works well. I could go on but it would probably be easier to tell you what is wrong with the place and the host……..NOTHING. If we return to Costa Teguise I hope it’s back to here.

Amazing location and really nice hosts. Caring and attentive to every detail. The house was in perfect condition and the views are jaw-dropping, same as the pictures - will definitely recommend!

superb apartment, exactly as described & shown in photos. Great complex, peaceful, immaculately keep, staff all friendly. Within easy walking distance to town, restaurants, beaches and Marina. Sean & Denise were responsive hosts and always replied quickly. A gem of a place to stay and I'm sure it won't be our last.

Absolutely perfect location, just a stone throw away from the beach. Lovely areas at the accommodation to sit outside. very comfortable accommodation, I would recommend to anyone. Some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Easy walking to Arrecife and Matagorda along the coast.

Una estancia muy recomendable. Se trata de una urbanización muy tranquila. El alojamiento cumple con las expectativas de las fotos. Todo muy limpio y menaje muy completo. La piscina es amplia. Además el apartamento está en primera línea de playa por lo que es perfecto para dar un paseo y disfrutar de las vistas.

Le logement est agréable dans l’ensemble et de nombreuses attentions sont disponibles tel que sucré, thé, huile, eaux… Il est également propre. Le parking est en face mais caché par la végétation, c’était calme. La terrasse très très ensoleillé car sans tonnelle mais avec parasol. Si besoin les deux ventilateurs au plafond sont efficaces et silencieux.

We loved our time at the bungalow. Great location and perfect size for us. Maria, who manages the property, is a superstar and really looked after us.

Loved staying here as a gift for my partner's birthday. Very calming area, there were times we'd sit in silence just to appreciate that the only sound was the wind and wildlife ! There was a time where we forgot the doors were slam shut and left the key inside... Kim was responsive within the hour to get us back in for breakfast haha. 🩵 She was also worried about us not having a car, and offered to take us food shopping when we got there which was very sweet. Despite her worries, the bus was reliable to get to and from PDC and it was the perfect location for us as we mixed days up between going into the city, and hiking on the mountains behind us. Definitely would love to have the luxury of coming back and to one of Kim's properties again, with their unique sustainable designs using the volcanic rocks which makes them stand out as well! Next time it will be with a car though! 😁

Die Unterkunft kann man am Besten vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi für 12 Euro erreichen. Der flexible Check-in mittels Schlüsselbox klappt super! Die Wohnung liegt nah am Strand. Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Leider läuft die Toilette noch immer nach, so dass der Spülkasten alle 10 Minuten brummt weil neues Wasser aufgefüllt wird.

Maison très agréable et très bien placée. Le seul problème est la place de parking, on n’a jamais su où se mettre car chaque place correspond à un logement. Nous nous garions sur le parking du haut sans savoir si nous prenions la place de quelqu’un.
