Fabulous stay in a fabulous place

The apartment is as described, extremely clean and tidy, ventilated, bright and decorated with beautiful paintings by Paul. we appreciated the possibility of changing the sheets, since there were some discounted, as well as for the towels. Barbara has always been prompt, precise and very fast in her responses, I personally appreciated how he solved a situation that caused me a lot of worries in a FANTASTIC way, Barbara took it to heart, and even though the problem wasn't caused by her, she literally moved mountains... allowing us to finish our vacation in peace. Just back from 2 weeks in this apartment. It was me & my husband & was perfect for us. The views from balcony were amazing and we had the sun on balcony all day. We were just a 30 second walk from beach. Some lovely beach bars. Also, about a minute walk from Main Street where there were more restaurants & bars. Apartment was exactly as described & was kept lovely. David couldn’t have been any nicer and was always on hand if we needed anything. Our apt was cleaned after first week, new bedding & towels & hand soap topped up & there was stuff provided for the beach, towels, chairs. The apt it’s self had all what you need, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. David provided water which was amazing. I can’t rate this apt highly enough. We had a fabulous holiday and would deffo return to this place in the future.

We stayed for one week, and loved the place! The view is amazing, you are close to the Beach, and Shops and Restaurants but it is still really quite. We would love to come back and can recommend!

This is a fabulous apartment, spacious modern and beautifully decorated. The location is absolutely perfect just a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is in a very peaceful and safe area and Eli responds to any questions within minutes. I highly recommend and would love to return in the future

We had a really good time during this stay. Judit was very kind and helpful, both during check-in and check-out. The apartment is very cozy, equipped with towels, hair dryer, dishes, washing machine, in short, everything you need for your stay. We appreciated the central location, the presence of a very nice balcony and the presence of free street parking. Plus, the price is really great. Great experience, highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniele’s homely apartment in the heart of the old town of El Cotillo. We had everything we needed in a location that you just can’t beat with the sound of the sea always with you and views to die for. We were moments away from the best restaurants in the town and walking distance from lovely beaches. Daniele was a super host and Gaia was very responsive when we needed help. The roof terrace was icing on the cake which was perfect for sitting with a glass of wine watching the tide come into the old harbour. We would love to come back!

I was the “tour leader” but didn’t actually get to go on the trip due to an accident - however our friends who did go rated their stay very highly & had a terrific time. By all accounts Monica was a “star”!

Eva and her husband are very nice, unobtrusive hosts. The house provided comfort, it was very close to shops, restaurants, and at the same time off the beaten path.

I can recommend staying here with a clear conscience. It was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. The house was fully equipped, well-maintained, very clean and Adrian responded to all our inquiries. In the evenings, the village is empty of tourists and from the balcony there is a great view of the sunsets. Adrian fulfilled our wishes and our son got beach toys. A nice surprise was also a welcome gift on the table. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we only lacked a cutting board. There were only two defects that bothered us. The first are the ants living somewhere in the kitchen between the cabinets. All food must be kept in the refrigerator. And the second one is a poorly washing washing machine (maybe clogged with sand?). First of all, it did not rinse well and it was necessary to do an additional rinsing program (i.e. a total of 5 rinses) so that the clothes were not full of detergents. Secondly, it did not spin the water well and a bowl would be useful to move these wet things to the balcony without dripping them down the stairs.

the place is exactly how it is described in the pictures, very clean very cosy we really loved staying here and the neighborhood was good aswell. The connectiin with nature was very resourceful and if you're cat lovers there are 2 very cute visitors who come check on you for company loved it 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Teresa's lovely place and had a great holiday. This was in large part to the awesome accommodation and I can thoroughly recommend anyone to stay at Teresa's home. It was spacious, had everything we needed and was so close to all local amenities. However, once you turn off the main street, it was very peaceful. The Home is exactly as described and I would like to thank Teresa for allowing us to stay and contributing to our wonderful holiday. Thank you Teresa

From the off-set Giovanni and Alfredo were simply the perfect hosts. Their communication from pre-booking to post check-out was second to none - they always replied within a matter of minutes and were on hand whenever we needed them and even let us have a late check-out on our final day. We made a few suggestions during our stay, two of which were some cushions for the sofa in the lounge and the provision of beach towels for the loungers, both of which were provided the same day! The property is simply beautiful. It's free of clutter, squeaky clean and we'd have to say, has the best position on the Sun Beach complex! There is even sun on the terrace until after lunch - it was lovely to sit out on the loungers in a morning with a coffee and admire the sea and pool view, in perfect peace and tranquility. Just love it here. We will definitely be back and can recommend it, without a moment's hesitation. Thank you for having us Giovanni & Alfredo. See you again very soon... Sally & Andy x

Next to the golf course. 180° view of the sea. house matches the photos with beautiful volumes and well oriented terrace. everything was great.

Lovely villa in a quiet cul de sac. Agustin was a perfect laid back host. Met us on arrival to give us the keys. Sent us a good selection of restaurant recommendations, Mirador de las salinas was fab, and was fabulous about our later than planned arrival and late check out request as nobody was booked in the day afterward. Casa Sultana is perfect. Well laid out with everything you need, and so relaxing chilling by the pool or barbecuing in the evening. It’s a fifteen min walk down into the main part of Playa Blanca where there are plenty of food spots and bars if you need them. We had a hire car so mostly explored further afield in the evenings, out of town. A really great chilled out week. We will be returning to visit again. Thank you, for a wonderful stay.

Nice clean & quiet.Easy walking distance to shops & restaurants I’ve stayed there twice

Lovely cool apartment, very close to swimming pools and poolside cafe but quiet with private balcony at back of apartment. Would recommend and will return next year if possible. Beautiful complex and very well maintained with friendly hard working staff.

Great apartment with perfect location just by the beach. Stunning views from the terrace and living room. Both Amanay and Marisa were quick and accommodating. We would gladly return.

We are going back next year. The apartment had everything we needed, is tastefully furnished, well laid out and the roof terrace is superb, South facing with full sun all day but has a lovely shaded area when you’ve had enough! The only slight negative is there is quite a lot of building work going on in El Cotillo right now so expect a bit of noise through until about June 26 when the construction is completed. It won’t stop us going back to this apartment next year though !!! Daniella was superb to deal with and my wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday! El Cotillo is a fabulous chilled out very Spanish resort, exactly what keeps us coming back. If you have never visited I would suggest a car is necessary to make the most of the surrounding area. The lagoons area towards the lighthouse is some of the most tranquil sunbathing you could enjoy anywhere ! Steps beach is also amazing, head for heights required though !

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Blanca! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa Blanca!

A great appartment with the most spectacular view. Very well equipped and super clean. The restaurants on the ground floor are great for breakfast, lunch and dinner but can get a bit noisy in the very early morning when they start prepping for the day as well as in the late evening when people hang in there for quite a long time; more or less right under the bedroom area. We didn't really mind but it might be different if you're looking for an absolute quite place. Brenda was always available and we didn't have anything to complain about.

Lovely modern apartment with everything you need . Close to restaurants and beach. The roof terrace is fantastic and gets the sun all day . Will definitely return.
