The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

The restroom and large outdoor shower room are steps away and offer a private outdoor shower experience. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.

Cabe mencionar que en el área se escuchan autos y todos los sonidos naturales de la Isla: gallinas, perros, gatos, caballos, vacas e insectos de la noche.
