Casa la Tercia. Downtown

Entire house, very central next to the Town Hall, no noise, easy parking. The house has four spacious rooms with windows to the outside and well lit. Three of them with double beds and another with two single beds. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, reverse osmosis water tap, Italian coffee maker, kitchenware and TV. The house has two bathrooms with a bathtub. A spacious living room with very comfortable sofas, TV, WiFi, and heating.

Townhouse, private ground floor not shared

Single-family house with three floors where my eldest daughter and I live. The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Room, bathroom, kitchen camper with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee maker. Large patio. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

Manicured and cozy farmhouse, to enjoy the silence, located in Riópar Viejo, with wonderful views of the entire valley, from the peak of the Almenara to the Calar del Mundo. Ideal for spending wonderful days of peace and quiet, walking through the natural landscapes of the area, the birth of the Rio Mundo, Almenara, Pino del Toril, Padroncillo, etc. The Balcony of Riópar Viejo consists of two independent but adjoining houses, so groups of 12 guests could stay.

We are located in the foothills of the Toledo Mountains, a very nice enclave where you can disconnect from the routine and breathe fresh air. For trekking enthusiasts, there are many splendid routes. In Villarrubia de los Ojos you have the possibility to find all the leisure services, bars, restaurants, supermarkets...

Grandma's House

Our house is located in Villarta de San Juan (140Km from Madrid on the A4), in the middle of La Mancha, perfect for visiting and getting to know the area. Built by our grandparents in 1940, it has been completely renovated in 2018 and consists of two wings joined by a covered patio with a glass dome. With more than 500 m2, it is perfect for family or group trips. In addition, we have 3 cots and 2 extra beds.
