Mas hermoso que en las fotos, muy comodo, muy buenos con los horarios para llegar antes, lo zona es linda no hubo ningun problema y los ruidos no eran molestos.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Fantastic stay in Palermo - apartment is full of character with spectacularly high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Location is excellent and would definitely stay again. Neil made check in and check out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Realmente un placer la estadía . Invalorable el lugar, la vista y súper buena atención tanto del anfitrión como de los porteros. El apartamento tiene todo lo que se necesita. Realmente dan ganas de volver !!!!

me sentí muy a gusto, como en casa. Está cerca de todo, puerto madero, plaza de mayo, obelisco, etc. el edificio está nuevo y el apartamento es un lujo.

I enjoyed the apartment very much - it was perfect for me. They were very kind and helpful. I could have kicked myself for leaving my one and only phone charging cord on the plane, and without hesitation he offered me his to use while I was there. I was beyond grateful!! Everything about it was great. The only things I will mention (which would not discourage me from staying there again) was that it said in the description breakfast was included, and it was not, there was no welcoming goodie basket with snacks and a bottle of wine as pictured, and on one of the nights, although this is no fault of theirs, sirens. I'm a heavy sleeper and 3 times between 4:00 and 5:00 am sirens screaming down the street. So loud it was as though the windows were open. Being on a major street has it's pros and cons!

Me gustó mucho el lugar, buenas prestaciones ya que tiene pileta, jacuzzi y sauna que justo cuando estuve no estaba habilitado pero lo demás servicios excelente. Esteban responde rapidamente a todo y es muy amable. La zona es muy tranquila, muy segura, se puede caminar de noche y es lindo pasar por el puente de la mujer en la noche se destacan la vista al rio y los hoteles muy lindos por fuera. Y aun que en el gps figura San Telmo está enfrente al puente de la mujer practicamente está pegado Puerto Madero y San Telmo. El hotel tiene buena seguridad a la entrada y salir también seguro hay policias en la zona constantemente lo que te da seguridad para salir de noche o de dia.

Nestled neatly in between San Telmo overlooking the canals and Puerto Madero, a very choice neighborhood full of government buildings and completely safe. Sunrises in the distance over Rio de la Plata will be missed when you leave. This apartment is new (everything works wonderfully) and in a doorman building. Segundo is precisely what you hope for in a host, always available without ever imposing. This was truly a wonderful experience.

Everything was amazing. Fernando made every recommendation and it was all great. I would definitely return.

No pude realizar el viaje por cambios climáticos y en los vuelos. Sin ninguna obligación, me devolvieron lo que gasté en la reserva lo cual aprecio mucho.

Primero señaló la extraordinaria actitud de Grisel, desde la reserva me contacto y me apoyo con instrucciones precisas, me permitió llegar unas horas antes y nos recibió para explicarnos y mostrarnos el departamento. El departamento es grande y cómodo, el baño muy cómodo, la calefacción funciona a la perfección y tiene un pequeño balcón que permite relajarse. Tiene un instructivo unico con una descripción detallada de todos los servicios cercanos con recomendaciones. En fin nos encantó. Altamente recomendable. Por último olvide mis lentes y Grisel ya los ubico y ya nos coordinamos. Muy buen lugar.

El depto muy bonito, vale la pena principalmente por las vistas pero quizás en relación precio calidad está alto. La atención muy buena. Para turistas seguro es algo util por la ubicación tan céntrica.

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
