Miguel’s place was awesome! The description and pictures match are accurate. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay for a family of four, very well equipped and clean. The complex is really beautiful, well maintained open spaces, with a huge common pool, hammocks to relax, gym, a small store, access to the beach, security, a parking spot a few steps from the apartment, two restaurants we tried, and the food was really good. The terrace, hot tub and the shallow pool just outside the back door are great to relax. The staff was very friendly and quick to answer even with suggestions about places to visit. Communication with Miguel went fast and smooth. We would definitely go back, highly recommended!

I visited without a plan, but I had a comfortable stay after meeting such a great place. I haven't really learned much about Playa del Carmen, but I think there's a better location than this. There was an underground parking lot, so it was easy to get around by rental car, and it was convenient to access the rooftop and the swimming pool on the first floor. The bed was big and super clean, and all the dishes and toilets were clean. I think it's a really good accommodation for the value. Just one, the room I stayed in didn't lock the window on the balcony. I think this should be fixed. There were also good restaurants within walking distance. It's called El fogon, and people are baffling.

A super comfortable room, everything very accessible, very central, very nice and comfortable place, always attentive to any questions or situation, I recommend it 100% my family and I are fascinated

the place is simply very comfortable to get to, take a bath and go for a walk on the main avenue, it is close to self-service stores, restaurants, I would only consider that the policies of use of common areas will be updated, outside of that it was excellent, I would certainly consider staying again 😊

The photos don't really honor the place, both the apartment and the rest of the condominium. We felt at home, we didn't want to leave. To the point that we found it more luxurious than the all inclusive we stayed after. Everything is spotless, with details in every spot where you looked, excellent finishes and appliance quality. We could even use the washing machine. I realized there was no hair dryer and by mentioning it to Melani she directly bought it and got it the next day. Impeccable. We are really very comfortable, being our honeymoon we couldn't have chosen better place to spend our first 8 nights in Playa del Carmen. The area is very quiet, you can move well with a car since it is a little far from the center but it is convenient because it is an exclusive area. Thank you very much Melani and the other host for such warmth. We will definitely recommend and will be back as soon as we can.

Loved our stay, so far our favourite airbnb in Mexico. Beautiful safe neighbour hood. Close to a nice beach. Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the deck surrounded in lush vegetation. The hosting family was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Excellent stay, Elba and Nayeli are always attentive to resolve any unforeseen events. I appreciate all the attention, highly recommended. Very safe, comfortable and the pools are excellent.

Quiet place and very secure

The house is very well located and in a quiet area. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home.

Easy access, within walking distance of the town center, and fully equiped kitchen making it easy to cook in the flat when necessary. Would recommend staying here.

It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience, the level of care and service was very pleasant, just as a suggestion to change the stiffer pans and pillows and evaluate the possibility of allowing check out at 12 noon to be able to take more advantage of the afternoon. Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

I loved the apartment, very comfortable, spacious, clean and close to the pool. The cleanliness and furniture were in good condition. We never had any problems and Susana was always available. He treated us very well. I recommend the place.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!

We were four guests staying for a week for scuba diving. This place was exactly perfect for our trip and was as described. The view is incredible- we enjoyed the sunset each evening. The AC units work very well- there is one in each bedroom and in the kitchen. Walkable to many great restaurants and the Mega supermarket, which was very convenient to keep the kitchen stocked. The outdoor bath takes a couple hours to fill, as other reviews mention. We experienced no issues with bugs, as I saw listed in some other reviews. The navy base and cruise ship ports are right next store but these things did not bother us. Host was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

The studio is just like in the pictures, a walkable distance to the Quinta Avenida and restaurants. Communication with host was great, instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow.
