Our overall stay was great with wonderful and efficient securityguards. The check in was very easy with clear instructions which made it easy to find. The unit was squeaky clean with spotless furniture and linens. It looked exactly as described in the photos with all the listed amenities and services. The location was peaceful with beautiful and safe surroundings from main entrance to the breathtaking backyard. It was a great deal and we would definitely recommend everyone to stay at Janlen's home. If there was more than a 5 star I would give it. Thanks for having me and my family at your wonderful place, you are an exceptional host.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb by the sea in Jamaica. The views were absolutely stunning ! we loved watching both the moon rise and the sunrise right from the property. The host was extremely welcoming, and the caretaker was so kind and attentive, always making sure our needs were met. The peaceful grounds were perfect for our two-year-old son, who loved exploring and gazing out at the sea. It was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Our group had a fabulous stay at Sea Spray! The host and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We hardly had to worry about anything — they took great care of us and allowed us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful and clean, friendly host, good aircon. The pool was being fixed and Simone provided a credit since we couldn't access that amenity. Walkable area, close to shops and restaurants.

Overall great place to stay. View from the unit was great! You can see Ochi Beach! The location is the reason we booked, you are in a walkable area and can walk to restaurants, catch a taxi or if you have a personal car drive to nearby .attractions. We felt safe walking. If you politely say no to people they will leave you alone. My only reservation was after using warm water else where in the unit, the upstairs shower did not produce warm water, but for a short stay lukewarm/cold water is not a deal breaker. Will overall stay again at this unit.

Columbus Heights never disappoints the views from this location was very beautiful no matter day or night . Bonnie was always just a text away when we needed to ask a question or had a concern . This is a bottom level air bnb located right next to the main walk way to other family’s condos so you must remember everyone stops and has a chat and visit as they pass you while sitting on your deck as Jamaica is full of friendly people. It can get a little loud in the evenings as some of the locals do play music into the evening but with that being said we go to bed early . This air bnb won’t disappoint you it’s fully equipped with more than you need for a long or short stay as we stayed a month . Very comfortable and felt safe at all times . Thank you Bonnie for allowing us to stay at your place hope to return back soon .

This is my second time staying in Columbus heights and I love it. Perfect location and in a perfect spot close to everything.

Firstly I want to say that accommodation is absolutely stunning. Clean, nice and spacious rooms, bathrooms etc . It is exactly the same as advertised on the website. Everything you see in the pics is the same. The host Craig is awesome, he is very friendly and easy to communicate with and also very reliable. The location where Palmview is situated is perfect it has all the amenities and facilities near by which is very convenient for me.I would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you Craig my family and I enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment!The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was especially accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out so we could enjoy our excursions without feeling rushed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Jamaica!
