Holiday rentals with beach access in Puerto Varas

Amazing place. Great location. Perfect location to enjoy the local city but to also go see Frutillar and Puerto Varas. Highly recommend.

It complies with what was published in the ad, an organized and clean place. It is located in a central location. Marcela was flexible with the check-in schedule. We were delayed and arrived at about 10:00 pm.

Excellent apartment, very comfortable and spacious, clean and has everything you need to spend a few days as if you were at home. Close to the city center, supermarket nearby.

The building is relatively new, so the facilities and green areas are very well cared for. It is in a tourist area of Puerto Montt where the beaches of the area, restaurants, etc. begin, but 5-7 minutes from the center. The apartment itself is very well maintained and clean, TV in the room, all the necessary utensils, etc. Despite being next to the road that goes to Pelluco, you can hardly hear the noise outside, the noise insulation is very good. The best thing is the view of the bay, even on rainy days the view is beautiful. Highly recommended for staying in the city for a few or several days.

We stayed at Veronica's apartment with my husband, my 4-year-old son and my one-year-old baby. Veronica was predisposed all the time, provided us with a practice and assisted us when the general blackout in Chile was. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment is super comfortable and cozy. The view is privileged and you can go out walking as everything is close by. Isidora excellent hostess, worried, gave us good tips. We would definitely go back.

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

Very good location, close to shops, restaurants and on the coast, with parking inside the house and a perfect garden for my puppy. There were no surprises, what we saw in the photos and in the description was what we found, it had everything just and necessary. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was great and in a perfect location in puerto varas. Paulina was very helpful with the check in process and was responsive to any communication we had. She helped put us in contact with a tour guide who was fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay if you are going to Puerto Varas.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was something I was wondering about. I can definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.
