Il soggiorno è stato fantastico. Appartamento molto carino, pulito e fresco. In pochi minuti in scooter o in auto si raggiungono bellissime spiagge. Preziosissima Cristina che è stata sempre molto disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa e coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, ci ha dato ottimi consigli ed è andata davvero oltre ogni aspettativa esaudendo tutte le nostre richieste con gentilezza e cordialità. Potete andarci a occhi chiusi!

Accueil très chaleureux d' Antonia dans un logement d'une propreté irréprochable , avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles vacances . TOUT EST PARFAIT

J’ai commencé mon périple avec le logement d’Adèle qui m’a mis en confiance. L’appartement se situe dans un endroit stratégique si vous voulez visiter le Sud. Le logement est à proximité de point de de départ de pleins de randonnées. Les plages à proximité à pied son accessibles. La vue dans le salon est imprenable et l’hôte est plus que gentille ! Je recommande ! Merci Adèle 😍

Very good Airbnb - clean, great host, comfortable beds and extremely close to some magnificent beaches!

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Il soggiorno da Marco è stato fin sopra le aspettative . Lui, una bella persona, il check in è stato facile, si è mostrato sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato tante indicazioni circa spiagge e ristoranti in cui poter andare, ci ha mostrato il posto auto ( una vera fortuna se si soggiorna a Villasimius , in quanto ci sono solamente posti a pagamento) e ci ha mostrato la casa, spiegando dettagliatamente sia i comfort che ovviamente anche il come mantenerla ( il che l abbiamo trovato davvero utile visto che in Sardegna , da noi no, si usa fare la differenziata in modo che ogni giorno venga portato fuori un determinato cestino per la raccolta). La casa era ancora più bella che in foto, pulitissima, non mancava nulla, un bellissimo terrazzo al piano terra e un balconcino al primo piano vista mare. Inoltre l’alloggio si trova esattamente in centro a Villasimius, quindi per le serate estive anche molto molto comodo. Insomma l’esperienza merita tutte e 5 le stelle!! Grazie Marco.

Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Wir waren zu zweit vier Tage und Nächte im sehr schönen und auch sehr schön gelegenen Haus von Renato. Das Haus ist in die hügelige Landschaft eingepasst; wir haben die untere Wohnung bewohnt. Man kann den Tag gut vor Ort verbringen, es gibt Hängematten, Außendusche, Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Hühner, freundliche kleine Nachbarshunde, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und auch ein mit dem Auto schnell erreichbares sehr gutes Restaurant. Man kann auch sehr schöne Tage an den vielen Stränden der Umgebung zubringen.

🏖️ Onze vakantie bij Francesco was super. We komen graag nog eens terug en raden dit verblijf sterk aan als je nood hebt aan rust. 🌄Het verzorgde terrein heeft een prachtig aangelegde tuin/olijfgaard. Het zwembad was altijd heel proper en had een aangename temperatuur. 🛌 Het appartement is groot, heel proper en makkelijk koel te houden dankzij de airco's. de keuken en badkamer zijn goed voorzien van materiaal. Het bed sliep zalig! 🍳Ontbijt is optioneel. De gedekte tafel staat in de schaduw op je te wachten, met prachtig uitzicht. Warme of verse items werden gebracht zodra je aan tafel zat. Alles was heerlijk! Probeer zeker de huisgemaakte yoghurt en de 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communiceert proactief, geeft tips in verband met de omgeving (=een kaart van Sardinië waarop hij vanalles aanduidde). Francesco respecteert je privacy en is nooit opdringerig. Hij is altijd bereikbaar via what's app. Iedereen is er enorm vriendelijk, verwelkomend en behulpzaam. 🙏

Wir haben uns sofort unglaublich wohl gefühlt in Deboras geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtetem Haus. Debora hat uns sogar einen guten Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung hingestellt.Danke dafür! Auch die wunderbaren Außenanlagen luden ein am Haus zu verweilen.Jede Terrasse ist liebevoll gestaltet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir waren jeden Morgen in der schönen gemütlichen Bucht schwimmen, haben Brötchen im tollen Supermarkt geholt( er gleicht eher einer Feinkosthandlung) um dann auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken. Und das alles fussläufig. Am Nachmittag ging’s dann nochmal an den Strand incl.Strandbarbesuch. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit! Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und werden das Rauschen des Meeres vermissen, welches wir vom Haus aus hören konnten. Eine Empfehlung!!

Bella casa e giardino con tutto il necessario per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Lorenzo ha sempre risposto molto velocemente alle nostre richieste. Posto molto tranquillo, a pochi minuti a piedi si trova la grande e bella spiaggia di Cala Sinzias. Eravamo piacevolmente stupiti di trovare i ristoranti/bar sulla spiaggia (3 o 4 in tutto) aperti in questo periodo e si possono anche affittare ombrelloni. Il supermercato più vicino si raggiunge in macchina in 10 minuti e ci sono ottimi ristoranti molto vicini. Un piccolo paradiso…raccomando!

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Antonella und Alessandro waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und modern eingerichtet und in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, selbst für den Grill gab es Grillbesteck. Die Betten waren bequem, das Haus ist super für 2 Erwachsene und eventuell 1-2 Kinder. Der Garten und die Gartenmöbel sind wunderschön. Der Blick auf die Buchten ist unbezahlbar. Je nach Wind konnte man schon mal Musik von einem größeren Hotel in der Bucht hören - schade, aber das nimmt wohl in Sardinien in den letzten Jahren immer mehr zu. Die zusätzlichen Strandutensilien (Sonnenschirm und 3 Strandstühle) waren klasse! Zu Fuß kann man zu einem kleinen schönen Hausstrand gehen. Wir sind auch zu Fuß bis zur Cala Porta Giunico und bis zur Punta Molentis gewandert ... hier ist der Weg das Ziel. In Villasimius konnte man probelmlos Fahrräder leihen und die weitere Gegend erkunden. Gerne kommen wir wieder oder empfehlen diese Unterkunft weiter.

Ruhiger Ort, schöne geräumige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Grazia ist eindeutig unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Können nur empfehlen !

Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie in der Vorsaison da und waren begeistert. Der Empfang durch Paola selbst war herzlich und zu unserem Glück sehr flexibel, denn wir hatten eine recht späte Anreise. Die Unterkunft selbst war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht, war vorhanden. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Mehr. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wärmstens empfehlen.

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Cordiale, gentile, molto disponibile, assolutamente consigliato! Ottima posizione, alloggio moderno e pratico con tutti comfort, in pieno centro quindi facile spostarsi a piedi, a 10 minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia. Essendo in centro la scelta di ristoranti è ampissima. Porta che dà sulla strada quindi comodissimo entrare e uscire. Assolutamente consigliato!

Der Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo war eine wunderbare Erlebnis. Sie waren sehr nette Leute und Hilfsbereit. Die saubere und ordentliche Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine 4-köpfige Familie brauchen. Super geräumige Küche und Wohnbereich mit allem was man zum Kochen brauchen. Auch private Parkplätze abseits der Straße bei Bedarf nutzen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Strand und ein Geschäfte, sowie Restaurant, Apotheke, MD Supermarkt und usw. Wenn sie ein wenig weiter fahren, haben sie die schönsten Strände mit türkisfarbenem Wasser finden. Einen Aufenthalt bei Cristina und Paolo kann ich nur weitere empfehlen.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

What an amazing place! Andrea and Svetlana were great hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and very easy to talk to if we needed anything or for recommendations of what to do in the area. The place is well equipped with everything you need, with a full kitchen, comfy bed and lovely relaxing garden and pool! We couldn’t have asked for anything more ☺️ The area where the villa is situated is absolutely beautiful with some amazing beaches and restaurants nearby, but I would recommend having a car to really explore the island. We only managed to see a small part of what Sardinia has to offer, but this is a perfect base to explore the South coast of the island - I would recommend this place to anyone ☺️ thank you!

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!

A hidden gem in the Castello old town area of the city. The apartment is beautiful! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location wise was perfect - really easy to walk to the marina and explore the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops everything is nearby. The apartment was so clean, decorated beautifully, and the views over the city from the balcony was stunning! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone! Costanza was a lovely host - very responsive and helpful! Thank you so much for our lovely stay!
