Edmar, May and Anne are great! Crazy low price for the location and quality of the room. One should just be aware of the noise from the bars and clubs; I use a noise machine when I sleep so it was no issue for me.

Had a great stay! The space was clean, compact, and perfect for a solo traveler. Easy walking distance to the convention center, which was ideal for my conference. Great location, smooth check-in, and a responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

Good quality hotel, nice and clean. The only problem is that it is near the boat quay, and it is a bit noisy at night.

We had a great stay! The location is perfect — everything is close by and easy to reach. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos: clean, modern, and very comfortable. The support team — Edmar, May, and Nica — were incredibly helpful and always available 24/7 for anything we needed. Highly recommend!

We could not make the app work when we arrived because once inside the building there was no 4G coverage. We stood there for quite a while trying to get it to work. Luckily Joelle was just leaving for the day and she helped us connect to the Wi-Fi and showed us how to use the lock. Recommend you warn people to get the app working before they enter the building as there is 4G coverage out on the street. Only other comment I would make is that the key system was sometimes very flaky and took many attempts before we could open the door or use the lift. The room itself is extremely compact and I did bang my head several times upstairs but we were warned about that before we booked. I probably would book a larger room next time I come to Singapore, however it was functional and did the job for us. Thanks David Holton

I had a great stay at this Boat Quay studio — overall a five-star experience. The space is professionally managed, with hotel-caliber linens and a smooth, efficient check-in process. The hosts were very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The location is super convenient, right by the river and close to so much of what Singapore has to offer. Just a heads-up: if you’re staying over a weekend, you may hear some noise from the nearby bars — it’s part of the lively Boat Quay atmosphere. It didn’t bother me too much, but it’s something to be aware of. That said, if you know what to expect, I think you’ll be happy here. Comfortable, well-run, and in the heart of the action.

Stayed here for few nights. Very nice place and easy to find. It is in a bustling and partying area so there’s lots to do around. Unlike other reviewers stated, noise from the street didn’t bother us at all but it is present. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on exploring Singapore on foot as almost everything we desired to see was within walking distance.

This was a wonderful stay in Singapore! Edmar, Daphne and Nica were incredibly quick to answer any questions and they were very proactive. When I was trying to get from the airport, they gave me clear instructions and helped me get there smoothly. The room is in an excellent, walkable location to many major spots of Singapore eg Raffles Hotel, Merlion Park, Marina Bay Sands. There are bars and restaurants outside so the bass of the music can be felt very slightly, but we slept deeply - just mentioning it for anyone who may be a light sleeper. Super fun location though. I would happily stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything I wanted to see and do just a short walk away. It made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. I must also highlight the fantastic staff, especially Cora, Nica, and Edmar. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service and an unbeatable location!

Definitely will come back in the future! Price accommodation for my 3d2n was worth it. Walking distance from MRT and lots of eatieries, too!
