Holiday rentals with beach access in Pumpkin Hill

Perfect little place for my partner and one year old. We did the a small part of the hauraki trail then settled in for the night. Mark & Cheryl were very welcoming and showed us around the place so we were comfortable. They also recommended places for us to eat out and grab a drink. Would highly recommend to any families or a small group 🙂

Perfect spot for Whitianga adventure, just down the road from all the restaurants and all the cool spots. So peaceful and quiet you can sit and watch all the boats heading out and coming back... even listen to the birds arguing on the estuary...

Great place to stay and friendly, welcoming host. Super comfortable and cosy and easy distance to everything. Nice a sunny with lots of natural light. Peaceful too. Will be back

My husband, my friend and I very much enjoyed our stay at John’s place. It was as described, situated conveniently near both the beach and town. Especially appreciated was a second bathroom. John responded promptly to a query or two and offered helpful suggestions. We would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again.

Such a lovely place where you can find everything that you need (and that’s totally rare). Super comfortable and well-equipped! It’s very well located with stores around the corner, the beach nearby, and easy access to explore the whole area in coromandel. Highly recommended!

With its ocean view and easy access to the Mount’s cafes and restaurants this well appointed studio was a great place to stay at. We will happily stay there again.

We had such a great time at this beautiful home in Bowentown! The house had everything we needed, and was super close to the beach. Would most definitely recommend staying here!

Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, making for an unforgettable stay. The host was fantastic—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. The most magnificent house with the most beautiful view. There is so much to see and do. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. We enjoyed the boat tour and the hot beach where you dig a hole in the sand and make your own little pool of hot water. Friendly people all over town. Had a wonderful time!

Stayed this time with extended family. Always feel right at home here. Max is super responsive and helpful. Noticed a few upgrades this time too. It is definitely a return place for us, right near beach, perfect anytime of the year

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

Alan was great- he was very considerate with our check in time and although we stayed only for one night, he was brilliant with communication.

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Short drive from the airport, Close to lots of amazing cafes, the beach, and hot pools. Fantastic views from the top of Mount Maunganui - worth the climb. Hot pools were great to soak away any aches after the climb.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cooks Beach. Easy walk to restaurant and beach very peaceful and friendly. Would come again.
