We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Had a great stay and looking forward to returning next year. Really nice villa with cold air conditioning. Great view from the balcony. Very clean and organized. Loved that I was able to make my morning Cafe con Leche using the stovetop Espresso maker. No issues or complaints. We have family in the area so the location was perfect for us.

So peaceful and extremely convenient location to walk around. The garden is gorgeous and the decor was breathtaking!

Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

What a great place! From the moment we booked the reservation to the moment we checked out, Arturo communicated with us every step of the way, providing us with very clear instructions on how to access the condo, activity recommendations, even where to find essentials at the local grocery store. The condo itself was very clean and incredibly secure, with 24/7 security. It met all of our needs and matches the pictures exactly. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Puerto Rico again, I'll absolutely check for availability here. Thank you Arturo for making our first trip that much more enjoyable!

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Great place to stay for your trip in PR. Close to all the great spots and Pat left great recommendations to try as well. She was very responsive, the space was clean and views were amazing!

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

The location is absolutely unbeatable, just steps from the beach, minutes from the airport, and close to everything from Old San Juan to The Mall of San Juan and Distrito T-Mobile. The apartment itself was impeccable in every sense — clean, stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. As someone who has lived in Puerto Rico most of my life, I can confidently say you won't find a better location or hosts. Whether you're visiting for the first time or coming back home, this place truly has it all. You've tried the rest, now try the best. Highly, highly recommended.

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

This spot is a gem! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be on a beautiful beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as described - extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! Traveling solo I felt very safe here with the building being behind locked gates and the building itself also being locked. When going to the beach, I would recommend going to the left when you first go out the gate on to the beach and then keep walking for a bit. You will find a beautiful area with calm waters due to lots of rocks being further out blocking the waves. I spent the majority of my time here and it seemed that this was the spot lots of locals would spend time at as well. The beach chair/towels provided by Liz were so nice. Highly recommend!

Escogí este lugar a última hora y fue una de las mejores experiencias. El lugar es hermoso, acogedor. Cerca de una hermosa playa que no solo fuimos de día sino también de noche. Un lugar seguro y privado. La comunicación excelente y el servicio al 100%. ENGLISH: The stay with Marc and Francés was excellent. Although they were not in person to receive us, I felt as if they had been there. I chose this place at the last minute and it was one of the best experiences. The place is beautiful, cozy. Near a beautiful beach that we went not only during the day but also at night. A safe and private place. Excellent communication and 100% service. This is an absolutely unique place to stay; very comfy and very well-equipped. You are close to a lot of good cafes and restaurants and driving a car, you are super close to all of San Juan. Jose was extremely responsive and sent over a lot of recommendations and helpful information beforehand. I absolutely loved staying in the bus and would go back anytime!

Clean , next to everything , Roberto is very responsive , I enjoyed my stay , there is security in the building so that’s a plus

My boyfriend and I spent 4 days here & had a wonderful time ! The instructions for check in, access and check out that Yolanda provided were very detailed and clear. I loved having the window cracked and hearing the ocean waves from the airbnb. I also felt safe walking 5 mins down the street to the market. They also provided some bare necessities in the kitchen which was nice for when we cooked a small meal. The location was great for everything we did and the spot on the beach located behind the bnb was perfect. The parking is tight but this is noted in advance! The building felt very safe and we’d love to be back in the future As soon as I messaged Yolanda she responded VERY fast! The area is also extremely popular for Ubers so i’d recommend being downstairs and on the sidewalk when ordering, as drivers were up front within 20 seconds

I can’t begin to describe what an exquisite and magical stay I had! From the moment you open the door, you can literally feel the energy shift (at least it felt that way for me :)). Every detail, from the colors and plants to the unique furniture and design, feels intentionally crafted to bring calm and beauty. There was even a little water fountain when entering the complex! My room on the second floor was spotless, cozy, and filled with charm. There were so many thoughtfully designed corners to relax in or even take pictures. It honestly felt like stepping into a dream. The pool was perfect, and you are not that far from clubs and restaurants. I highly recommend staying more than two nights—trust me, you won’t want to leave. This place is a hidden gem that you’ll carry with you long after you go. I will definitely come back!
