⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Airbnb apartment was absolutely excellent! Perfectly located with stunning ocean views and an amazing rooftop pool that made every moment unforgettable. The host, William, was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any needs with warmth and efficiency. Highly recommend this gem for a fantastic stay!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

Casa Destino was the most unique, ideal place to stay that we could’ve asked for. The house was full of authentic Sayulita charm, perfectly clean, well equipped (comfy beds, strong AC, chlorine pool) and convenient in relation to both town and beach. We rented a golf cart for the week, which was great to have when feeling lazy but everything in town was perfectly walkable from the house too. The surrounding homes were always quiet, so while there are neighbors, it still felt perfectly secluded, private and safe. Amazing views of both the jungle side and town side, and a killer top deck for a sunset lookout. Nancy was beyond helpful with dining/beach location/activity recommendations, transportation coordinating and overall communication all week long. If you’re looking for a chill, fun and rejuvenating experience in Sayulita, this home is the cherry on top. Cannot wait to come back! 🌞

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Un departamento increíble, le vista es preciosa y es muy cómodo, me llamo la atención la seguridad que tienen en el área de albercas e ingreso a la playa, realmente me sentí cómoda ya que fui de viaje con mi mejor amiga y nuestros hijos. está completamente equipado y céntrico. Me sentí en casa.

Luis is a great host. Communicative and flexible. The location is extremely beautiful with an ocean view on the balcony. The place was very modern and clean and Luis even had some welcome treats for us, and a whole jug of filtered water included. The only thing I would say is that it’s located at a pretty steep hill so I wouldn’t recommend walking up and down it to go to places. Ubers have no problems for pick up though, so I would just do that. 5/5 would recommend staying at this beautiful place.

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Es de los primeros departamentos que a mi punto de vista estuvo súper completo. Me he quedado en otros departamentos en la playa y este me sorprendió porque contaba hasta con sombrilla, carrito y sillas para pasar un día en la playa. Esta súper completo en todos los sentidos, realmente no te hace falta nada, eso a mi parecer se me hizo increíble. La playa la verdad no es la más bonita ya que estaba complicado ingresar por tantas piedras, pero Justo a un lado está la manzanilla y no le pide mucho. Todo el tiempo Alejandro estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y nos apoyaba con cada duda que teníamos, excelente persona. Sin duda volvería a regresar a este mismo lugar.

Nos encantó el alojamiento, nos sentimos como en casa, ideal para disfrutar la terraza y la piscina privada, 100% recomendado para quien busque un espacio cómodo y relajante, gracias, sin duda volveremos!!!

super bonito el departamento, con todo lo que uno necesita; está igual que las fotos.. el día que llegamos encontramos una canastita con detalles como palomitas, dulces de menta, te etc.. nos pareció INCREÍBLE. Yessica siempre pendiente y super linda y amable y los muchachos de mantenimiento y personal de Tizate TIPAZOSSSSS.. Claro que volveríamos.

El estudio de Manuel es todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unas cómodas vacaciones en familia. Manuel se preocupa porque todo lo que está en el estudio sea de la más alta calidad e incluso, nos proporcionó una cuna y utensilios para nuestra bebé, de verdad muchas gracias

La ubicación es increíble! Ya hemos viajado mucho por la zona y sin duda es la mejor playa…arena fina, olas pequeñas, y poca gente. Hay dos restaurantes muy buenos a unos pasos de la casa. Todos los que trabajan en la casa estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros. Nos dejaron sillas y una sombrilla cada mañana en la playa y recogieron mi protector de solo cuando lo dejé sin querer en la alberca. La cocina podría haber tenido algunas cositas—mejores cuchillos, aceite, etc—y recomiendo mucho leer bien las reglas. Regresaríamos sin duda! Nos encantó nuestra estancia. Muchas gracias!!

Diana’s place was great. The location was amazing and the penthouse was fun to be at. We had a tiny issue with a key that was fixed immediately. A/C was also nice and wish it cooled a little better. Overall though, I’d definitely recommend this stay!

I've stayed at a lot of rentals, and this was by far the best. Alejandra was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. The location and view are amazing! I would have loved to stay longer. If I'm ever back in the Punta Mita area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

One of the best AirBNB’s we’ve ever stayed at. It was spacious, extremely clean, gorgeous views, peaceful/quiet and the communication with Dario was amazing. They were so helpful and met us at check in to give us a tour of the condo. It has everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s like being at home, but there’s a beautiful beach (not as rocky as the beach a little north) and great pool mere steps away. Beds are comfortable and works great. Restaurants and shopping are walkable and it doesn’t feel like a tourist location. If you rent a car, I’d recommend using Gecko in PV. Highly recommend Pamela’s place!

This is our second stay at Casa de Surf and we would never look elsewhere in Punta de Mita. The space is beautiful, comfortable and so convenient for experiencing the friendly atmosphere and welcoming town. Candice is an excellent host who makes traveling to her home easy and essentially seamless. She provides great information, recommendations and all the comforts of home. Visiting Punta de Mita and Casa de Surf will delight you and exceed your expectations. We were well cared for by the guards at the gate, who became our friends. We also received a referral for a private driver who took us to Puerta Vallarta, Sayulita and the airport. He is personable, courteous, dependable and a safe driver. Amazing host great service, definitely a 10/10 experience!!

This is our second time visiting Los Chonchos. Casa Hueso is the newest palapa and is beautifully decorated and clean. Jennifer was great at communicating and helping us find a driver from the airport to the pier whom we could trust with our luggage when we ran into the grocery store in PVR. My kids, 6 and 10, loved the swings around the kitchen island and all the seashells we found. Out of 24 palapas, around 3 or 4 are occupied full time, and others are vacation homes, of which a few rent; so it is quite secluded, with often private beaches. It is a special place and a paradise.

Our family of 5 (3 faughters 11, 8 and 5) loved staying at Stacey's. Morning coffee on the deck, awesome restaurants, everything close and walkable. We especially loved Cafecito and El Coral (right next door)The staff at Punta de Mita Beach Club were incredibly accommodating. The pools were perfect for our kids. We would definitely stay again.

La casa tiene una vista espectacular . La alberca es suficiente para quaitarte el calor . Es muy fresca ya que corre el viento en toda la casa . Las camas son cómodas , me junkets gustado un poco más de vajilla completa y algunas copas pero para pocos días tendrás lo necesario. La comunicación con Maria y su esposo fue fluida y muy cordial. Siempre con una extraordinaria disposición a los detalles. Es un buen lugar para disfrutar de playa Careyeros con la familia . Solo hay que considerar cuidar muy bien a los niños chiquitos . Poder bajar a la playita cuando baja la marea lo hace una actividad rica durante el día . La terraza que está al bajar es una zona tranquila para buenas fotos y una hielera . Te facilitan todo para ir a la playa careyeros que puedes ir caminando a unos 6 minutos y llevas tu carro , bajan las cosas y te ahorras el estacionamiento. Muy linda casa .
