This PH unit have the best views of all San Juan from his spacious balcony, its located in La Placita area we’re all the bars, restaurants and night life are just a few steps away. The beach is just 10 mins walk and from (SJU) San Juan international airport it’s about 7-10 mins drive. The unit have Wi-fi and high speed internet and 2 T.V.s Free assigned parking in the same condo with control access. The Apt. is fully remodeled and equipped with all you will need to have a pleasant stay.

Studio Apt with breathtaking water views, beach access, and sleeping space in the living room. Located on Ashford Ave. with cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks. 24/7 gated security, gym, tennis courts, game room, pool, and free on-site parking. Building is currently undergoing exterior facade renovations to enhance its charm and safety. Rest assured it won't affect access to the apartment, large pool, or our unbeatable beachfront location. We will also have a full power generator soon.

Beautiful beachfront studio located at the Condado del Mar Condo complex, beach cabana section. It comes with one parking. The complex has two (2) pools right beside the beach, an olympic size and a small one for children. Other amenities include 24-hour security service, a BBQ area, tennis court, gym, game room with ping pong, air hockey and pool tables. Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

Beautiful apartment in Condado with beach access!

Beautiful studio apartment. Includes one queen and one twin Murphy bed. Also has washer/dryer in the apt. Condo has a pool, gym, tennis court, mini market and private access to the beach. The studio can be converted as two rooms with a door divider. The view from the sliding windows is to the city. Only one parking available with security. Great spot within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarket, and ATMs. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

All the reviews were 10/10! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hidden gem. The decor was an added touch to our relaxation experience for his birthday. The hammock and the outside tub was the highlight of our stay! Her place was extremely clean, neat, and just as pictured. We felt safe and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood supporting the local shops and eateries. I’d definitely recommend coming to enjoy this experience!

This was a surreal experience. I’m itching to go back. When you walk in the serenity you feel is tangible. I’ve been around the world and wow- this has been one of our most favorite stays. It’s perfectly located and the hosts go above and beyond. I miss it already. (Just a side note- do NOT go to the Boutique next store in the building as they are truly awful)… other than that 10/10 stay. Incredible experience here!!!!

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment in San Juan! The space was roomy and comfortable, with a great retro look blended with modern touches. I especially appreciated the large bathroom, king-size bed, and the private balcony. The private pool and direct beach access were definite highlights—it felt like a little oasis. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the 24-hour front entrance security made me feel very safe. The building had a friendly vibe, with both guests and residents being welcoming. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to some excellent restaurants and local spots. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and secure getaway in San Juan!

Enter’s apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the morning view of the ocean as we had our coffee, and enjoyed the pool a lot. I totally recommend staying here - great location and quiet building.
