Nice and calm apartment. Fabio answered quickly and the instructions were clear. I had a very nice staying.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a large, closed on both sides, balcony with a magnificent sea view. There was actually everything in the kitchen to prepare something fresh from the market hall. Maybe a little tip: a large pan would be urgently needed because the fish to be bought does not fit in the existing pan. The path to the beach was easy to find and quick to reach. The parking space in the underground parking lot was also great!

This is the perfect location for a visit to Praia do Barril, Santa Luzia, and Tavira. The development is peaceful, yet with many amenities, including several restaurants and a small grocery store. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and suitably furnished. I highly recommend this!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rosa with our family of four. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect; within walking distance of many sights, yet also easily accessible by car. The host, Emily, was incredibly helpful and flexible. She always responded quickly and went out of her way to think along with us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the swimming pool was a real highlight for us and the kids. Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Joao's apartment had everything we needed and he was always attentive to all our inquiries. The check-in was a bit costly, as in addition to the door key, we needed the garage remote control. Then we saw that we could park the car on the other side of the street, right in front. The location was perfect. 10 min drive to the center of Tavira and 5 min to take the train that took us to Playa de Barril (which is beautiful) Santa Luzia is a quiet little town with plenty of restaurants to go out and eat fish and octopus. Joao gave us good recommendations. We really appreciate the air conditioning. And personally, the apartment is nicer than what you see in the photos

There is no glue to put in Jose Carlos's apartment. It was spotless clean, well laid out and with the necessary utensils. The terrace overlooking the marshes is a plus. The garage plaza is ample and the instructions to enter the apartment very accurate with the videos you send before check-in. It allowed us to check in before check-in time which is to be appreciated. The urbanization is modern and very careful, with a pool that we hope to try again. With easy access to a huge beach for long walks. Highly recommended!!

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

The apartment is well set up for a family and is in a beautiful location. We loved the pool!

Orlando and his wife Armanda are super hosts. They are very friendly and communicative. Their place is very peaceful and lovely. They have allowed us to pick up fresh oranges and eggs . We have loved our stay in their place. We just wish the weather was more warmer so we could use a pool more ☀️

We went in week santa 4 girls and a couple. The house is very nice, decorated and cared for, very clean inside, just missing a little patio and terraces, which we had to clean before sitting down, but a large and very clean house, no pinch of grease in the kitchen and all the perfect utensils. The place is about 600 meters from the beach, but we like to walk. I just feel a little lost with the entrance, the exit and a little inconvenience that we had with the TV, we were not talking to carla but to someone from a real estate, they answer almost always at 24 h ( less bad that nothing serious happened)..but otherwise the house is wonderful and we were very comfortable.

Maria Teresa's house met expectations: super beautiful and well maintained, in a very quiet area, close to everything on foot and with everything we needed. The terrace is excellent for outdoor dining. We were all very pleased with our stay and sorry not to stay longer :)

House with a lot of charm, it is difficult to translate in words the magic that it feels to be inside and outside, the wonderful pool. A lot of taste and affection in every corner.

We stayed at Ruben’s villa, which has a swimming pool and is located in a unique setting, surrounded by olive groves. The house has everything needed to enjoy a stay. Ruben had given us a map of the area to help us find the house in a certain location. However, it’s actually easier, since the road where the villa is located has a name — “Calle la Hoya” — and it’s enough to enter that in Apple Maps. The geographical location is ideal, as it allows us to access both the beaches of towns like Isla Cristina and Moguer, as well as the Sierra de Aracena, where you can visit the “Dehesas,” which are natural areas with oak, holm oak, and cork trees that provide food for the Iberian pig. For visitors looking to escape the usual tourist routine, this is the perfect place.

Absolutely loved Mona & Matthias' house. It's quirky, quaint, superbly situated and spotless. Everything you can possibly need is available and lots of things you wouldn't even think of. Been to Tavira many times, love the place and loved this house.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and with many amenities. Perfect common areas for children (swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis courts, park, etc.). Definitely a perfect stay. Altura beach (Portugal) is 10 minutes away by car and Isla Canela is 15 minutes away by car. We will be back!

Nice place, very well located, with easy access to the barrel beach train and pool of the complex. Fast and easy communication with Rafael, all quiet and hassle-free. Would recommend.

The stay in Francisco Javier's apartment has been very pleasant, tidy and sufficient services (to add something would be knives with a good cut. Flexible in/out times Francisco gave us a lot of information about the area that was very useful, and Jesus there in the attentive and helpful apartment. We were unlucky with the wind that didn't let us enjoy the wonderful terrace, but well, vacations are to be on the street. Everything was perfect.

What a wonderful apartment,everything you needed for a long or short stay , bed was very comfortable,pillows were so good I went and bought same ones from ikea to take home . Bathroom was very nice ,large living room and bedroom ,2 min walk to supermarket,15 min walk from Tavira .Easy to use Uber to get taxi to mar shopping center in Almancil around 23 euro each way .Had a great holiday in this apartment

We had a lovely time! What a unique stay! We loved having the pool to use on a quiet day or to refresh as we explored the area. As a family of 4 we had more than enough space. The parking is also super convenient. The host was very helpful with our questions. They also provided many local recommendations

We had a terrific 10 week stay at Fernando's place. There were a few minor snafu's our first couple of weeks, but Fernando was always quick to respond and quick with a solution. The apartment itself was clean, efficient, and well provisioned. Kitchen supplied everything needed to successfully cook a great meal, bathroom was spotless and offered multiple sets of towels, bed was comfortable, with multiple sets of sheets, pillows, and blankets. Living room comfortable, light, and airy. And...as everyone mentions, the terrace is amazing. Short walk to shops, beach, restaurants, and a couple of small markets. All in all, it is a very homey place, it doesn't feel like a short-term vacation rental. Would not hesitate to book again!

My husband & I had never been to Portugal. We stayed in Ana's apartment for 9 nights. Everything about this apartment was absolutely perfect for us, quiet, alter safe with code entry system at main door/swimming pool and the actual apartment door is top quality heavy duty, even Ronnie Briggs wouldn't be able to get in. Electric Stutters in all rooms also made you feel safe when out and about, however as I mentioned this area of Cabanas Taveria is super safe. It was the best nights sleep we had in years as with the shutters down it's dark with no sun pollution made us sleep till 8 am on some days. The cleanliness of the apartment /layout is superior to any other AirB&B we have stayed in & we have experienced a few over the years. The pool is fabulous to relax by after doing the tourist bit. Ana is available if needed and also Ana has a great chap called Ruben that lives in Cabanas should you need anything or advice. Book it. 10 out of 10 Will be returning. Thanks Ana.

Susanas apartment was beautiful and modern, exactly as shown in pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. The apartment was very clean. We appreciated having a washer in the unit as we stayed for close to a month. The pool was refreshing and was cleaned regularly. Communication with Susana and her property management team was easy and they answered any questions we had promptly. I would definitely recommend staying here.
