Everything is excellent. The house is beautiful and super close to Montezuma Centro. The street is a bit neglected, but it's something foreign to the house. If they improve the street it would be amazing since it takes a 4x4 or good car to enter.

Great get away for the family if you want peace from other travelers. Recommend to shop at a major grocery market prior to arriving. This is a remote getaway with 2 restaurants that are not open every day or night (Off peak season). Great hikes near by, and other things to do. If you are adventurous and would like to be at a remote destination, then this is the place for you. Tip, rent a car or ift will be extremely difficult getting around.

Our family of 10 had an amazing time at Cantamar, especially the pool, backyard and beautiful beach. The house is well laid out and had everything we needed. Bruce was a great host and responsive to all requests. Joel and his wife were also friendly and prompt to help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed the place, the house was as described, the fast Internet, the excellent cleanliness, with all the necessary appliances and in good condition. The pool is very cool and clean, the property is very safe and quiet at night. Doña Claudia was a friendly person, and I was always attentive if we required something. Highly recommended the place, we would definitely go again.

Our stay at Villa Tranquila was absolutely wonderful! The place was just as described—actually, even more beautiful in person. We were greeted in person upon arrival by Diana and given a full tour of the house, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. The home was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed (and more!). It had plenty of space for our family of five to relax, a beautiful bathroom in every bedroom (plus one), and the outdoor area was a highlight. The pool was clean, inviting, and made for a perfect gathering space throughout our stay. Yvonne and Diana were incredibly responsive and helpful—though everything went so smoothly, we didn’t encounter a single issue. The location was also ideal: close to great restaurants, easy access to the highway, and a great home base for exploring the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed, and welcoming place.

Comfortable apartment with beautiful view. A fabulous beach nearby. Very tasty and fancy food in the restaurant.

The home is in a lovely (gated) community. The surroundings were pretty and just steps (literally) away from the beach. We played a round of golf at the course (very nice 9 hole course). We stopped into the local grocery store to pick up a few things and made dinner. The home had everything needed to cook up a meal. Pura Vida!

We can't say enough great things about our stay at Derek's house in Esterillos. The pictures don't do it justice - the house is fantastic, the outside views are amazing (so much wildlife) and the pool is perfection. Our first morning we looked outside to see at least a dozen monkeys in the trees; from there we saw Toucans, what we referred to as the resident Coati who circled through the yard at least once daily, macaws, and so much more. The property management company was extremely helpful in bringing us to the home the first day and in helping us set up a few excursions. Anytime we had questions they were answered by them or Derek extremely quickly. The beaches are a 5 minute drive and not at all crowded. Many great soda/restaurant options and easy to travel to other towns from this location (we did Manuel Antonio and as far north as Monteverde). We never needed to utilize our 4WD despite our many travels. Would 100% recommend this property for your stay in Costa Rica!

Our stay at Daniel’s villa was incredible from start to finish. The hospitality was truly next level—Daniel and Andre were always available, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They even helped coordinate several excursions for us, and each one turned out to be amazing. The villa itself was stunning: spotless, spacious, and packed with everything you need to relax and have a great time. We loved spending time by the pool, enjoying the outdoor speakers, and playing foosball—it felt like our own private resort. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the Jaco area with plenty of great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. One of the standout highlights was the daily brunch, prepared by a fantastic in-house chef. Every meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented—definitely a 10/10. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend this villa enough and would return in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay for our friend’s Bachelorette! If driving, it may be a tough to find, the outside gate is not marked, but the local shuttle drivers know where it is. We were had contact with house manager, Leo, he helped with arranging meals, groceries, transportation, excursions and answered all questions. He was welcoming and patience. The cook was great, the meals she prepped were the best during our stay. The house was gorgeous, felt private, clean and very spacious for the 8 of us (just keep in mind that you’re in the jungle so expect lots of bugs and birds!). The bedrooms had ice cold AC, were spacious and very comfortable. The views are STUNNING and the pool was perfect. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Tango Mar Hotel and the beach.

This home was absolutely beautiful and the kitchen right to the pool is an amazing set up. Due to some water issues in the neighborhood, we didn’t have running water and Katie made sure to communicate options for us and that she was getting people to work on it immediately. Katie is a great host and very caring. Highly recommend. If you have a baby, you can order a pack n play on Amazon to have it delivered, just need to do it a couple weeks in advance.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and has a spectacular view. The whole place is very comfortable to have a good time with family and friends. In addition, communication with Felipe is excellent. I would definitely come back

The most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed at!! The pictures do not do this place justice. My jaw was on the floor the moment I walked in and around the property. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and cooking on the outdoor grill. Edgardo was very responsive anytime we had any issues. He also was helpful with booking activities. 1000/10!

Great family holiday in a beautiful country, peaceful settings & your really feel like your in the jungle with the iguanas & unbelievable array of colourful birds.

The house was amazing, the views were incredible. The host made the stay even more pleasant by recommending things to do in the area,answering any questions we had and helping with scheduling tours in the area. My family and I definitely had a great time

Beautiful property, everything very clean, utensils, furniture and beds more than enough for the 7 of us to be absolutely comfortable. The beautiful pool and the pool ranch perfectly equipped for a large group.

The place is perfect for relaxing, the view is incredible. The whole place was spotless, each room with its own air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen!

This was absolutely the best place to stay! Staying there made our whole trip totally worthwhile! The home, location, amenities, hosts, everything was superb! We would recommend this home to everyone! It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. The pool was amazing, the landscaping gorgeous, and the wildlife abundant. It was simply beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. The birds, butterflies, lizards were all amazing to see and hear. The Howler monkeys visited several times. Our favorite was the Capuchin Monkeys that came onto the deck and pool area. They let us feed them and it was awesome knowing they were in their natural habitat and still socialized with us! Victoria and Maor were the absolute best! They are amazing people and treated us wonderfully. I only wish I could truly express how kind, respectful, friendly, and responsive they were. If you are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience with extraordinary memories to take home with you, then this is it!!

What a wonderful stay in the jungle! We loved waking up to gorgeous sunrises and listening to the howler monkeys. We saw monkeys and fun birds and took advantage of the utter peace of the house. We were close to restaurants and walked down to the beach but spent most afternoons in the pool just watching the nature around us. It was wonderful.

A spectacular spot - more beautiful than the pictures. The two balconies in the Treehouse (apt 4) are particularly stunning. It was incredible to sit on the porch drinking coffee at sunrise to watch and listen to all the birds while gazing out over the beautiful view. The apartment itself is ideal. Very spacious, big area for living, dining and sleeping. All very comfortable and nicely decorated. The outdoor shower is a dream - great water pressure, very private and so nice to shower in the sun! And the pool is perfect for a quick dip. It takes about 5 minutes to drive down to the town - not far at all. You could walk, but it’s a steep, winding climb and I think it would be a rough go. I’m sure there are cabs if you need. Santa Teresa is a 30 minute drive for the sunsets. It’s an interesting town, but the food is better in Montezuma - Soda Naranja is particularly good. The ceviche is the best I’ve had in Costa Rica. Walmer, who helps onsite is wonderful too. Highly recommend

Beautiful home with impeccable furnishings with a modern, classy style. The cold AC was perfect for sleeping and the two bathrooms were very clean and well-equipped. Anna even provided access to two bikes we rode into town to pick up a few items. This was one of the nicest AirBNB’s we’ve stayed in over the years and we’d definitely recommend it for two couples or a family.
