Overall it's a great place to stay if you are coming with your friends or family. The house has enough space for around 10 people. Thanks to Joby for letting us early check in and all the facilities were fabulous.

Rooms was really clean and views were spectacular. All amenities like soap etc were available. Clean bathrooms Well maintained property premises. The Host was very helpful He was available for any clarifications right from before check in to checkout. Overall a good experience. No complaints

It is a fantastic place to stay especially who loves beach and it is right beside. Edwin was very friendly in all aspects. The food he prepared is absolute delicious. Will definitely visit again.

This is an absolute gem of a place, if you're looking for a quiet, scenic retreat. It was the perfect escape for us - serene, welcoming, and incredibly well looked after. From the moment we arrived, Param and Jaya made us feel at home with their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond, providing thoughtful complimentary essentials, and sharing fantastic local sightseeing tips, and must-try delicacies. The place stays true to the listing and pictures, with an immaculate kitchen stocked with everything that you need. Joy and Nebel, the caretakers, were always just a phone call away and consistently helpful and kind throughout our stay. The entire experience felt personal and heartfelt, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a memorable stay for their guests. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and connected—and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended!

And Mr Gopinathan Ji & his wife both are extremely amazing. The villa itself is spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable was Mr & Mrs Gopinathan… Extremely warm, responsive, and genuinely caring—went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. From helpful local tips to thoughtful touches throughout the villa, the hospitality was exceptional.🙏🏻🙌🏻 *My wife forgot her Mangalsutra there, when we came back home Mumbai they did speed post to us & didn’t even charge for it. Casa Del Mar is hands down one of the most stunning stays you’ll find in Kochi. Tucked just a few steps away from the main road, this sea-facing villa feels like you've been transported to a serene Mediterranean escape. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and we even spotted dolphins early in the morning with the binoculars provided! The villa is beautifully maintained with a charming nautical-meets-European aesthetic. Every little detail has been so well thought out—from the cozy interiors to the peaceful outdoor spaces. A huge shout out to Abraham, our host, who was incredibly kind, proactive, and always available to assist with anything we needed. His clear instructions and warm hospitality truly made the stay even more special. Whether it’s the postcard-worthy views, the privacy, or the attention to detail, Casa Del Mar is a hidden gem you won't want to leave. Highly, highly recommended. Can’t wait to return!!

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!
