TV with Netflix, microwave, electric oven, hand blender, kettle, toaster, grill for roasts. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that are part of the family, we respect and care for them. They are affectionate animals

Apartment steps from downtown, Lake and Casino

New apartment, with 4 or 5 person capacity. Master bedroom with 2 person bed, living has a sofa bed for 2 more people and also there’s a folding bed for a 5th person. The apartment is full electric. It is located one block from downtown Puerto Varas, 5 from the casino, 6 from the lake and next to a supermarket. Also, the building has access to laundry, gym and barbecue sector. There is no parking.

El Resuello, a place to enjoy

Warm and comfortable 72 sq. meter house, with a private fenced garden. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood 5 blocks from Bahía Serena, a Nahuel Huapi beach. Nearby you will have a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, a service station, public transport and quick access to Lake Moreno, on the way to Cerro Catedral and Circuito Chico.

Beautiful cabin 7 minutes from downtown Puerto Varas. Located on the shores of the Maullín in a 5,500 m2 park. River suitable for bathing and fishing (seasonal only). It has a hot tub (value not included in the trap). It is a small cabin, fully equipped and is located in a spectacular setting, surrounded by nature.
