Michel was a fabulous host. We were very fortunate to be able to stay here in this tranquil countryside location for 10 days as we explored the region, north and south. Just a short drive to services and attractions. It was perfect! Accommodation was spacious and quiet. Michel helped us as we did some repairs on our car and Maya the friendly dog was an added bonus. Apartment renovated with care, very clean, well decorated, consistent with the photos and description. It is quiet, in the city center, practical and very well equipped. Briccio is a responsive, warm and really attentive to the smallest detail. Everything is designed to make you feel good from the beginning to the end of the stay. (Small + for chocolates) Excellent Wi-Fi, and free parking a few minutes' walk away, really appreciable. I would highly recommend it!

This apartment is a real cocoon! It is quiet and above all spacious! Kevin is very responsive and the hygiene was perfect.

The studio is very comfortable, well arranged and impeccably clean. Under the roofs, I was hot with the very high temperatures but Corine had planned the fan, like many other things (coffee, infusion, tea, fresh water, sweets, etc.) The neighborhood is quiet, easy to park. It was very good!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation was as described, very clean, comfortable and good location. Quiet place, close to everything to visit (Cordes sur ciel, Castres, Passerelle de Mazamet, Albi, Sidobre... The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, which really made the experience even better. I highly recommend this address and will not hesitate to come back during a future visit.

Frankly, Ras! A lot of small touches in addition to the services /services mentioned in the listing, Val and Phil are super nice, extremely helpful and responsive, very good advice for the activities/ outings available nearby... And their dogs are very cute. In short, a WE too short but great as far as we are concerned👌!

The accommodation is very well located: between the train station and the capitol. Small accommodation very well furnished, well maintained, with a comfortable bed. I will try to rent it again when I return to Toulouse...

My wife and I stayed in this apartment recently for three nights. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward using keypad facilities for both the building door and apartment door. The apartment is located on a quiet street, however our first night coincided with a musical event so not as quiet as envisaged. It is very modern, clean, well equipped and its a short walk to the castle. We would certainly recommend it for a short stay in Carcassonne.

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Apartment was so lovely and everything was brand new. The spa tub was *amazing* along with great extra touches like spa bathrobes. I stayed during an unusually hot few days in Toulouse and was concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but there was a powerful fan that kept me very cool. Would stay here again!!

Fantastic location to access all areas of the beautiful Toulouse on foot. We were grateful for the car space however hang on to keys until you exit the garage! :-) Thank you Issam for a pleasant apartment stay.

Both in the heart of the vibrant St Cyprien district and yet in a quiet setting, this accommodation is excellent and perfectly in line with the description. I would highly recommend it.

Very good welcome, small welcome gift, with all the basic necessities. Ideally located apartment to visit the beautiful city of Albi. If the traffic is quite heavy during the day, it is very quiet at night. We recommend this apartment, not far from the center and pretty villages nearby.
