Logement équipé, confortable, joliment aménagé à la décoration soignée, très lumineux avec parking privé et de deux terrasses extérieure. Il se compose d'une pièce avec une cuisine équipée, d'un coin repas, d'un lit double et d'un lit simple ainsi qu'une salle d eau séparé avec douche, lavabo et toilettes. L'entrée est indépendante et s'effectue par le jardin.

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

Villa without neigbours in a quiet area in "Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc" on a plot of 5ha with a beautiful view on the black mountain and the valley. Beautiful walks are marked out in the wooded area and unique natural curiosities can be admired (such as Chaos de la Balme and Chapeau de Napoleon at 500m from our gite). Our gite with accompanying meadow and forest is in itself an ideal location to stay with the whole family.

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.
