You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. The kitchen has all of the necessities to make your own meals and there are plenty of extra linens for guests. This is an older home so the hardwood floors creak a little and it has hot water heat. There is free parking behind the house.
