In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

This is a 2-story holiday home with bi-fold doors off the lounge and dining room to views of Endeavour Inlet from the deck. Our home is right on the legendary QC walking tack Our 3-ton mooring is the closest one to Solitude jetty and takes up to a 12-meter boat. There are also 3 kayaks to enjoy free of charge, one of which is at the jetty to use as a tender if required. Wifi, NO ROAD ACCESS only private boat or water taxi From January to January, we require a 7-night stay minimum

Marlborough Sounds 3brm Holiday Home with Sea View

Brand New 3brm holiday home with large deck, stunning sea views overlooking the Marlborough Sounds. A new addition to our Waterfall Bay accommodation options, this one is just for two. The Boathouse is a delightfully rebuilt version of the old Hall at Waterfall Bay. Rustic and full of charm, perfectly set up for a couple looking for a romantic getaway destination in the Queen Charlotte Sound, specifically located at Waterfall Bay at the end of Onahau Bay. One of the loveliest spots in the Queen Charlotte Sounds.

Waterfront Studio located a short distance from Picton. Road access. Our studio is located on the bottom story of the two storied building. It is well appointed with a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and plenty of room to sit and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge and microwave. Kayaks available. Mooring immediately in front of property.

Absolute Waterfront Picton Waikawa Bay

Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - tea and coffee included. . The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the large deck and outside table - great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Totally pet friendly. Use of a double kayak and life jackets available to guests.
