Waterfront holiday rentals in Queens Domain

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

I decided to stay at Sandy Bay instead of the CBD on this visit to Hobart. What a great decision. coming home to the expansive water view each day was wonderful. Natalie was friendly and accommodating and responsive. Will stay again!

An absolutely gorgeous penthouse apartment - very modern, stunning river views, outdoor bath, bathrobes, lots of treats on arrival, very comfortable beds, safe and secure and so close to everything in Hobart, especially Salamanca and the restaurant strip. A wonderful clean and homely place to stay with a beautiful view of Kingston Beach.

After a long stretch without a break, Brierlie’s apartment overlooking the harbour and historic buildings was the perfect place to land. Everything we needed was within walking distance, great restaurants, the Mona ferry, Salamanca Markets, and more. The apartment was spot-on for two couples. Thanks, Brierlie, our Kiwi friends and we had a fantastic stay.

The view was amazing & on a personal note I would totally live in this location permanently if possible

Awesome stay at James. Incredibly proactive, kind and communicative host. House was really beautiful and all the little touches were covered. Easy to navigate the home, clear instructions, stacked pantry. Felt like home, not just a money maker. How all hosts should be. Thanks guys

One of the best places I've stayed at - very special location. Only issue we had was a contankerous TV remote which froze and required the unit be reset continuously - otherwise a perfect property.

Brilliant stay

We had an unforgettable 4-night family stay in this beautiful home. The location is absolutely perfect — peaceful, yet with easy access to the city via the scenic 20-minute ferry from Bellerive Wharf. The view from the living room took our breath away every morning. The house itself is stylish, cozy, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for exploring Hobart. One highlight of our trip was hiking 16km from the city to Mt Wellington — an incredible experience. We truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended!

A fabulous house in a great location - Sandy Bay is a great neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of the city centre and the beaches. A spacious, clean, and large house - the kitchen/diner/lounge area is wonderful. the views to the mountains and the river are lovely. Lisa looked after us really well and responded very quickly to any queries. We'd happily return. Thank you.
