Very clean Apartment with AC & fast, backuped WifiSeparate router for the apartment only with fast wifi (60mbps) got newly installed. 6h power backup for the router and charging laptops and phones. 1 min from the Banyan Tree in Arambol. Space for parking at the road (10 meter from the house). Plants have to be watered regularly please. Two queensize beds are there, which can be separated if needed.
