Just returned from our 2-night stay at Casa Bella. My family and I had such a wonderful experience. The home is as described, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We also really enjoyed the club house; beautiful infinity pool, friendly staff and yummy breakfast and drinks. The beach was just ok. 10-15 mins drive to good local food and groceries. Ben’s was the group favorite. The housekeeper and security guards were very helpful and welcoming. Ronald was responsive and flexible. Highly recommend! We would come back here if we find ourselves in San Juan again.

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

we had a truly pleasant stay. the place was cozy and set in a beautiful, serene environment. Rowena was incredibly accommodating. she assisted us with all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. the locals in the area were also very welcoming, which made us feel at peace. it was an amazing experience, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busier parts of town. if given the chance, we’d definitely love to come back! 😊

We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

It was great experience for 1 night stayed in your place.The house are very spacious .Ms. Rona was very helpful in providing our request and needs. We enjoyed the kitchen and karaoke room as well as the pool. The kidz also happy with the golf cart and Kuya Don added 1. I had a very comfortable stay at Shum's Transient Place. The room is very nice. It's huge! And the bathroom is very nice too. The location is very accessible and near establishments.

Still the best place to stay in Mauban. We were lucky enough to book this upper floor after our check-in with Arvin's other listing. Would recommend Arvin to other travelers.

The place was in a great location—very accessible to all the areas we wanted to visit. There were convenience stores nearby, which made everything super easy. The host, Daniel, was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. The place was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

Communicating with Doc Dana was fast, she’s welcoming and answers thoroughly. We booked for 3 nights and were greeted by Gina and Jam, both very kind. The room was clean, with two queen beds and hotel-like sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed chatting with Sir Patrick (owner), who introduced us to Kuya Danny and his grandkids Jerome and Renz for a fairly priced boat ride. We visited Kwebang Lampas and crystal-clear beaches like Talisay - fishes everywhere! Renz even found a big starfish for a photo. You can request meals from their menu; Ms. Ruth is super accommodating. We also dined at Silangang Nayon, just 5 mins away. Our last night was videoke night, quiet hours start at 10pm, which is fair. We loved the game room (pool, table tennis, dominoes) and the spacious patio with an ocean view. Perfect for a fun and relaxing family trip!

The place is good, very relaxing. Medyo mahirap lng marating ang place since rough road but it is worth it marerelax ka talaga. Also wala signage sa gate na yun na yung place. But overall the place is clean and complete with everything you need The owner is very responsive sa chat, and accomodating pati na din si ate daisy minemake sure nila na provide lahat ng kulang and request Super nag enjoy ang buong family. Kathleen was a great host and the location was beautiful! The rooftop has a breathtaking view. The airconditioning was great. And the bathroom was comfortable. The pool was also a very much desired luxury on the days when the weather was warm. The location is also very close to the maintown area, so we were able to pick up groceries and food easily. The host was also accommodating when we said we were bringing guests that needed to park their cars in the front. Having said these things, we were a little confused if the karaoke room on the rooftop was supposed to be avaiable to guests. On the first night, the host's family was singing karaoke above us, which was fine but just a bit of a surprise. Later in the week, we sang a bit ourselves but then, based on the host's reaction, weren't sure later if that was something we were permitted to do. Otherwise, everything was great and we'd recommend this stay to everyone!
