A 200m, vous disposerez de la Plage de Locmaria et de ses 2 chemins de randonnée. A 300m vous aurez accès à des commerces de proximité.Parking privé équipé d'une borne de recharge électrique. Machine à laver et wifi mis à disposition. Linge de maison en suppl 10 €/pers.

Batz/Sea: Small house with garden, beach on foot

Ty Bihan (~40m2) accueille de 2 à 6 personnes. Plage à 700m, gare à 3 min, loc vélos et supérette à 50m. Chambre avec lit double et lits jumeaux, salon avec canapé-lit. Un équipement bébé est disponible ( pas la peine de surcharger la voiture!) La cuisine : induction, four, micro-onde,frigo, congélateur, et lave -vaisselle ( les parents sont en vacances!). Les enfants trouveront des jeux pour les moments calmes et des jeux de plage pour jouer les pieds dans l’eau. Les beaux jours arrivent !

The Loft is a detached house with a garden and closed and private parking. The single-story living (with only one step down to the bedroom) allows you to live on the ground floor in front of the garden. A second bedroom equipped with a 90 bed in the attic, lit by a skylight, can accommodate one person. The kitchen is equipped. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. If you like nature walks, whether on foot or by mountain bike, while being less than 20 minutes from the beaches (St Nazaire, La Baule, Pornichet...) and 35 minutes from Nantes by car. We will be happy to introduce you to our beautiful region!

Our small house is in the heart of a lively village in Belle Ile, thanks to its equestrian center. Located 200 meters from a beautiful beach and wild coves, it is possible to go hiking on the coastal trails from the house. Comfortable, both rustic and modern, it is warm, you will feel at home here. The terrace, facing south, is an integral part of the house. The furniture is made by Axel, with wood from Belle Ile.
