Our stay was amazing! The apartment was impeccable, fully tidy and with a very nice decoration. Edith and Ernesto are always attentive and kind to resolve our queries. Prime location, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. The building is a 7, the concierges are also very friendly. We loved it, we would come back without hesitation!

Great place to stay, I felt right at home. Fully equipped kitchen, very furnished and comfortable place, the spaces are perfect for the number of people we were. Camila and her husband are very flexible at check-in and check-out, very friendly and alert to any situation. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, as shown (or even better!) than in the photos. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for resting. Tania was an excellent host, always attentive to our stay and willing to help at all times. I would certainly come back.

Excellent experience, the apartment is new, it has a good location, the transportation is next door, there is a pharmacy and a minimarket nearby, and it has everything you need. Communication with the host was quick and pleasant. I will definitely be back :).

We stayed a week in the place, it's nicer than what you see in the photos! It is very comfortable, has good lighting and a beautiful balcony that you can eat and be there, it has a very good location, a few minutes from the beach on foot and from the restaurant and shopping area. The building is very quiet and the concierge is very attentive. The host is a genius, it makes everything very clear so that it is not a problem. The garage is not covered but it is very safe with an automatic gate. It was a nice stay, super recommended for future guests!

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and the view is beautiful. It's easy to get to and very central, restaurants and bars are very close. Pamela is an excellent host, she gave us very clear instructions and always responded quickly. I would definitely come back!!

Fabulous apartment located close to the beach. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay and Maria’s communication was great. We loved the sunset views in the evening and the fact that there are loads of restaurants, supermarkets etc within a short walk. The bed was super comfortable and the building concierge were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you’re visiting Viña del Mar.

The place is wonderful, the hosts are very attentive. It really is a very central place so getting around is really comfortable and there are many panoramas if you know how to look. Totally recommended.

Everything was perfect! María Alejandra was always super friendly, she was attentive at all times and responded quickly to every query I had. Flexible check-in was very helpful. The apartment is very well located. Perfect for 4 people, with good isolation between rooms. It is fully equipped, clean and functional, with a beautiful ocean view. I would definitely go back!
