What can I say.......This was PARADISE!!!!! I have rented many houses through different websites, and this house was exactly what they said it was going to be. I stayed in this beautiful house 5/25/25 to 6/56/25. Everything was Perfect from the first day I entered this house, until the day I left. Armando, and his Wife Andrea made the entire trip perfect. They took care of any of our needs. I loved the little shopping, and restaurant area close to the house. If you are looking for a Beautiful, and Peaceful house to vacation in, this is the HOUSE!!! Also, the Entire Staff at Akumal Villas if fantastic. They answered all my questions before arriving to the house. I would like to Thank everyone for the Best Vacation I have ever had. Looking forward to returning to this House again soon.

Our stay was very pleasant. Mariela support us with 2 topics that happened to us during the stay, additional check-in time was flexible, something we really appreciate. And it was made more pleasant by very affectionate wild kittens and more if you offer them food.

we had a fantastic family vaction. Gabby was responsive and easy to work with. we had some concerns when checking in and Gabby went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. we were traveling with an infant and Gabby picked up a brand new crib and highchair for our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very nice and the host especially helpful and responsive.

Hosting us at home was very practical, communication is always very good and everything is perfectly indicated with 0 complications when accessing, very important pnto because there are always setbacks when access is on its own, and the house is certainly excellent, quiet, spacious, clean, etc.

Absolutely perfect spot for a beach getaway in a beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. Stunning view of the ocean and just steps away from the water! Great location as well to access the mall for post-beach activities. Would recommend and absolutely stay at Casa Marmol again!

The accommodation was in order, as shown in the photos and description, so there was no issue in that regard. The location is good because it is central and there are many amenities as well as services nearby. There was good communication from Gerardo and he gave clear instructions, so I would stay there again since in the end you spend it outside enjoying yourself and you only go to rest, bathe and change.

Of the most beautiful homes in La Velata. The condominium is small, so it gives you a sense of privacy and tranquility by not having as many neighbors as a larger complex. The apartment is completely new and was perfect for our group, the WIFI is very good if you need to work remotely and from the private pool we could enjoy the full moon at night. Esteban welcomes you at the reception with a smile and is always in the condominium in case anything is offered. The area is super quiet, there is an Oxxo a few blocks away, several rich restaurants and access to the street to exit to the hotel zone. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at the condo! Place was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decorations and everything the place had to offer. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful when packing to return home. Balcony was awesome to be able to hang out and see some monkeys from time to time swinging by. Jumped in the pool and also had an area to cook. The location was great being inside the resort with security so didn’t have to worry about random people being near us. The resort is 15 minutes from Akumal beach and about 30-35 mins from Tulum city. Host was very responsive and helpful for the minor issues i did have and quickly resolved in a timely manner which was very much appreciated. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Very comfortable room, everything super clean and very comfortable bed. Keep in mind that you are about 7 minutes from the boardwalk and it is preferable to take transportation, but there is quite a bit and that is not a problem :) I would definitely stay here again

Very nice apartment, our family had just the right places to stay there. Two bathrooms give comfort, the rooms are shaded most of the day and do not heat up, the designated parking spot is at the entrance. Everything is convenient. Communicate with your host without any problems. We recommend the nearby Kabah park for shark walks 😀

Awesome condo. Would definitely recommend.very clean and spacious. 5 minutes to hotel zone beach area by car. Hope to return soon…

My experience was splendid to say the least, the place is located at a perfect distance from the town and the beach, the views from the rooftop are breathtaking and the food at the restaurant was to die for, I would absolutely stay here again, 100% recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous, very clean, and everything exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a highlight – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The Wi-Fi was spot on, which was great for both work and leisure. We had a fantastic time at a rooftop party, it was so much fun! But the property also offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere during the week, making it ideal for working or unwinding. As other guests have mentioned, the roads can be a bit bumpy, but that's totally normal for Tulum and part of the experience. It’s not unusual, just something to keep in mind when planning your trip. We’ll definitely be coming back – our experience was truly unforgettable, and we highly recommend it!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed as a family of 5 adults. The 4 rooftop pools and pool bar were perfect for avoiding the seaweed beach days. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance! The taco stand just across the street has the best birria tacos! Grocery store just around the corner made it super easy to stock up and carry things home. Joe was very helpful with giving us advice for excursions and how to get to other towns/beaches! Overall great experience :)

Very nice place with excellent views of the sea. Excellent location, close to food venues, public transportation, and the cocobongo. The room is very comfortable and with all the amenities. Condominium has a pool and direct Forum beach access with its own beds, but no umbrellas. The room has beach umbrella for guest use.

Amazing location and very responsive host!

An excellent place for family vacations. In a very exclusive area with modern constructions and with all the amenities at hand. You can walk to the pharmacy or the store. The apartment is just like the photos, very clean and tidy, air conditioning working properly. Highly recommended!!!!!!

The apartment was very nice , we were very comfortable and met our expectations ! The attention of Marian and Alfredo was very good and timely. Only minor details with the shower water and mainly with the internet. Of which Alfredo attended in a very good way The location is good since we often move to zamna, but if it is basic to have own transport, the taxis to that location of the center of tulum are expensive and the access by terracería was in terrible condition, very complicated if you are going by small car. The common areas especially in the common areas the cenote is not like in the pictures and common areas such as the terrace and the pool that was in it were not available. In addition to that it is a very quiet place and the rules of coexistence are quiet Noi was in plan de fiesta and they called our attention for having moderate music But in general terms the depa and the hosts are very good
