Excellent from the dealings with the host to the check out. The apartment is exactly as advertised, very well equipped and with all the amenities advertised (bed linen, bath, kitchen items, cleaning, towels for use in the pool/beach and beach kit at no additional cost). The region is great, literally on top of Paris 6, with a market, drugstore and bakery very close. And finally the balcony, which has a perfect view of the sea, sleeping with the sound of the waves is non-negotiable. Thank you very much, we will certainly return other times.

great place, we stayed there a few days for Carnaval, super close to the beach and walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants. Spacious for the family, I would stay again!

Communication with Cátia was great. I responded quickly. The apt is exactly like the photos, the location is great! Good quality bed linen and towels. Kitchen utensils all very well thought out. The view is sensational.

Honestly, there is absolutely no complaints whatsoever about this property and the overall experience at this location, from the start of the trip until the end. Luiz provided an impeccable level of service. He was at the property to greet us with a warm welcome and showed us the property to it's entirety. Luiz was a phenomenal host. Very personable and easy to reach and super accommodating. The Let's talk about the property itself: The best beach view you will get. The apartment was really welcoming and stylish, with plenty of natural plants throughout the unit, which made the air very light. We had access to all the amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, convenient store downstairs etc). The location was superb! A good balance between relaxed and fun, without the very busy, overwhelming environment as Copacabana. Great for family and traveling alone. Barra Tijuca is just a great area in general, with lots of restaurants on the strip. Truly a five star experience!

Ayres.. What a great stay. We have felt very much at home here and comfortable. Everything was clean and Ayres helped us well with everything. He took us to the local bakery and helped us order food when we arrived very late the first night. A lovely man, with a lovely family. we would definitely recommend!

André is always very helpful and kind. Provided clear information about the house and necessary instructions. The house is exactly as in the photos, it exceeded expectations. Monica was very hospitable and we were very comfortable since the reception. She is very fine people, she has a good conversation and has given us several stays about locomotion and what to do in the Flamengo region. The house is in a very charming and super safe villa. It's near the subway and has a good variety of buses. A find! The room that was made available to me is large, has a comfortable bed, air-conditioned and a bathroom in front, which only my friend and I use. Super recommend staying with her!!!

Our stay was excellent, exactly as we expected, tranquility, comfort, practicality, we were able to combine the useful with the pleasant, we wanted to stay away from the big city, in contact with nature, without traveling by car, the condominium offers everything we need during our 1 week stay. As nothing is perfect, only the sauna was under construction during this period, unfortunately we could not enjoy it, the score is not 10 for this inconvenience, so I give a 9.5, but unfortunately it did not depend on the hosts, I realized their concern for our well-being throughout our stay. We will soon be back. We fell in love with this little piece of paradise.

The apartment is located on the 14th floor and with a beautiful view of the beach and Gávea Rock. Everything is new and contrary to some reviews the elevator is new and fast and the shower’s pressure is excellent. When you wait out the building, there is a new beach kiosk called Bondai or you can walk to the other famous kiosks that also serve as kite surfing hubs that are located a few minutes from the building. If you need a gym walk to Bio Ritmo also brand new and the best one around. Olegário Maciel street is 2 min walking distance and full of bars. Casa Tua is the best restaurant in rio also a few minutes from the apartment. Or just chill in the beach in from of the building. 5 stars!

We had a brilliant stay at the flat. It was as described and had everything we needed. The location is ideal if you would like to be close to the beach and it's not too far from restaurants and shops.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!

The apartment is well located, we take an app car to the ocean garden station quietly and cheap, from to walk, but it is a walk. the downtown mall is very close, and there is a market nearby, you can walk without any problems. To go to the beach is also very quiet and easy, we were every day that we were in the apartment. It accommodates 4 people very comfortably. The condominium staff is very nice too, I certainly recommend it.
