The forest and the beach are only minutes away, so here you can choose either forest walks or nice walks by the coastal path, There are also good fishing opportunities, both right nearby or by driving to Jeløya or Larkollen. The annex is located in quiet surroundings close to the tranquility of the forest in our garden. There are several hiking opportunities in the area, the annex is a 20 min drive from Fredrikstad city centre. It is also not far to drive to Engelsviken, Skjæløy or other nice places near the sea. The annex has an inlaid stream, but not water. Ie no shower. Water is put out in cans upon arrival. The bathroom has a portapotti that can be used. It is possible to be 3 people, but there are two mattresses/beds in the loft, 80 cm and 120c

We rent out cottage and annex with fantastic location in idyllic Larkollen about 1 hour drive from Oslo. Sea view and large garden with room for a lot of play and fun. The cottage is a short walking distance from convenience store Joker, Støtvig Hotel with diner, pool, spa and bowling alley and Losen as well as a few minutes walk to tennis courts, bathing jetty and beach. Large lawn with football key, play and barbecue area in the immediate vicinity. Evje Golf Park is located 8 min drive from the cabin.
