Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Rainbow Beach

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The views of the countryside and ocean were absolutely stunning – the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals together. It’s also incredibly family-friendly – our kids loved the games, colouring supplies, and the little toddler chairs and table. The wood-burning fireplace was a highlight, creating such a cosy atmosphere in the evenings – perfect for the winter weather. The large lawn was a huge bonus, giving our children and dog plenty of space to run and play safely. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful, scenic setting!

Davina’s peaceful hideaway was a perfect haven to see in a new year full of good intentions. She has thought of every tiny detail to make your stay comfy & relaxing. Such as hand-made body scrub & kitchen condiments. Fairy lights & candles in all the right places. A fireplace & aircon, perfect in any weather. The most genuinely kind host I have had the pleasure of dealing with through Air B n B. I would recommend to anyone at any time that you are needing to nurture your soul, feel like you are “away from it all”, be a happy hermit at home reading, cooking, enjoying any media you choose, dancing on the deck walking around the garden… Or also get out and explore locally.. Forests full of wildlife, rich history stories, scenic drives, magical sunsets & moonrises, creative, inspiring & friendly town folk - a beautiful part of our sunshine state. Great value for money, what’s not to love 💕

We had two families stay over Christmas and it was an excellent holiday! The house was perfect for a total of 9 of us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location wise you’re very close to the main town area of Rainbow Beach - we walked there several times. It is also within driving distance to lots of other beautiful spots. We did a day trip to Double Island Point and that was easily manageable (if you have a 4WD!). Thanks Jessica it was a Christmas holiday to remember!

Loved this place! Loads of space & huge rooms; full of thoughtful items like board games, rice cooker, sandwich press & extra blankets; easy to keep clean and a peaceful outlook & surroundings.

This house is amazing, it was everything I wanted for our family’s holiday, Tessia had everything we needed , and the house was so clean and tidy. Walk was easy to shops and beach , our dogs were welcomed as well . Definitely be back ..

The cottage is great for a quiet trip with family. It was easy to find, had plenty of amenities and in a quiet spot (despite some construction during our stay). Only thing is there isn’t a washing machine which was a bit surprising, but not an issue for us. Otherwise, Jenni was easy to communicate with and provided clear directions to the cottage. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

There was nothing to complain about at all. It was a great place for the 6 of us and fitted easily. Everything we wanted was supplied. Can not say enough good about the place or the host.

A beautifully decorated house, with an easy short walk to pretty much anywhere in town. It has a very homey feel while still feeling luxurious. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating to any questions we had. I would definitely stay again

We’ve stayed at quite a few properties at Rainbow over the years and this one is our new fave. The hosts are very friendly and responsive and the property is exactly as described. The house is older but very spacious, great yard, perfectly positioned to walk to the beach and main street. A lot of listings on Rainbow are hosted by holiday agents (which is fine) but the difference with this one being privately hosted shows. For the first time we didn’t need to clean when we arrived, and the beds were all made up with fresh linen. Would definitely book again. Thanks for a great weekend :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay in a dog-friendly gem! We had such an enjoyable and relaxing stay in this cute little unit in Tin Can Bay. The unit was clean, cosy and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable break. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the property is — our Frenchie loved exploring and being part of the holiday too! 🐾 The private jetty was an absolute bonus — we spent hours fishing and soaking up the beautiful waterfront views. 🎣☀️ It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A fantastic place to recharge, with lovely hosts and a great location. We’ll definitely be back for another getaway soon

We booked both appartments. From booking till checkout, the process was smooth n easy. Thanks to Ana for managing communication effectively. The place is well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. Kids enjoyed board game and adults had fun watching large screen tv with fast internet. We were amazed to experience pleasant sitting areas insides and outsides. Everything at property was well presented and placed for a comfortable stay. There was no soap or shampoo in showers which was easily fixed by a quick visit to a minute away IGA. Very friendly neighbourhood. The neighbours cute dog visited us and played with our kids those named her “Snowy”. Very peacefully and laid back area to enjoy a break from urban hustle. There are not many options for vegetarians that we were aware of and made arrangements before arrival i.e brought own and cook own. Kitchen was well equipped to do so. Overall, we definitely recommend this place. 5 STARS Thank you

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway with our dog. We didn’t have to bring anything but beach towels. The location is great, walking distance to cafes, restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay again.

We had to find somewhere last minute due to changes in our plans and Heather's place was our saving grace. It's a 2 minute walk to the Dolphin Feeding, which we hadn't expected to be able to do. The space was clean and cosy. It was equipped well, had we stayed longer. Our main highlight was the kayaks. It was so easy to push out from the dock onto the water, we couldn't help going out a few times! Heather was proactive with information about how to get in to the unit. We would highly recommend a stay here.

loved the place perfect location but we wrote a letter about something that needs fixing so hopefully they will be fixing it soon :)

A great place to relax with friends and family We were group of 10 friends and enjoyed every moment here. Warren and Venessa they are wonderful hosts always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They even gave us some fresh papayas and chillies on our way back home. The property is beautiful with scenic views at both the front and back, it’s perfect for taking pictures and videos. We had a fantastic time playing games, cooking meals, and simply enjoying each other’s company. This was our second visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back again
