The windows are protected from view with translucent pleated blinds and an opaque velvet curtain darkens at night. There is a box bed with 140 cm, reading lamp, closet, wall mirror and hanging options. The small bathroom with a towel radiator has no door, but is protected from view when using the toilet and shower. Restaurants and the S-Bahn [suburban train] are minutes away. Wi-Fi for Zoom is too weak.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

This beautifully renovated 2 room flat has loads of character. The location on Pfanzeltplatz, next to the bubbling stream and maypole has a small town feel, but is not far from the center of Munich, with easy access to downtown, the trade fair, airport and mountains. - Bus 55 to Train station east (Ostbahnhof) stops 2 minutes from house - S7 connection is 10 minute walk away - A8 highway to Austria
