Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rancho San Diego

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

Julian’s place was wonderfully serene and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the quiet and efficient AC in the master bedroom as well as the soft sheets.

The space was perfect for our family. Great sized full and clean kitchen even though we didn’t need to use it a lot. Lots of space for us and our 3 kids, and we appreciated the toys and baby high chair+pack n play! The kids really enjoyed the back yard space. We only saw the neighbors in passing so the space was basically all ours during that time. Hosts were very friendly! Location was close to everything we needed. No issues with the street parking. We would definitely stay again!

Wow this place is amazing! As soon was we walked in, from the decor to the ambiance. You go from Spring Valley to being transported to a place of paradise. There is no place like this, I’m telling you guys. If you think the front yard is beautiful, wait till you go to the backyard. We felt so at home and the vibes are just incredible. Did I mention it was dog friendly?! We bring our dog everywhere and this was perfect. Salvacion is a super host for a reason. She’s responsive, very easy to communicate with, and her home is beautiful. I have family in the area, we’ll definitely be coming back and staying here. So glad we found this place!

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

This place is so cute! It was close to everything AC works great. The bed was super comfy and the massage chair was a huge bonus! Will be going back if available next time I’m in town! Ty

This place was an absolute gem! Beautiful scenery, incredibly beautiful house and immaculately cleaned. We instantly felt at home, and enjoyed walking around the area. We have stayed in numerous areas outside of SD and this was our favorite so far.

This was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve had both my guest and myself. Nice quiet area & easy access to the property & grateful for the parking space Smitty offers!! I stayed here with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and it was exactly the peaceful experience I needed in such a hectic week! We spent so much time lounging around chatting, enjoying the view & the outdoors. Sooooo so so calm and quiet.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Tony’s listing was exactly as described in photos & writeup. Very clean & on point. Responds quickly & gave us a heads up prior about a Marathon going on so we could plan travel accordingly. Located in area where you can walk to local restaurants & bars. If traveling to San Diego again, I will most certainly book this place again.

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!
