The pool is heated with solar panels (in winter it reaches a maximum of 29 ºC and the rest of the year up to 34 ºC) and to increase relaxation it has a hydromassage. In the courtyard you can park up to 3 cars.

It is located in a private area, in what is called the Golden Area of Tequesquitengo, about 250 meters from the location's main hotels, restaurants, and shops. The street to reach the house is a bit rough like most of Tequesquitengo.
